To our delight this event went above and beyond the usual shower celebration First, we noted the Neighborhood Club offers several spaces where a shower can be held. Our gracious event manager Christina, who had attended to every detail in the planning of the occasion, guided us to the "Living Room," a cozy and relaxed area with its own cocktail lounge and lovely décor. The Living Room, which was festively decorated by the hosting family is both comfortable and elegant. When seasonally appropriate event planners can request the stately fireplace to be lit. Guests immediately seemed to feel at home as they came into the room. The staff was very efficient in preparing the buffet brunch, including both breakfast and lunch choices, as well as accommodating guests' food needs. Our meals were delicious. We especially enjoyed the variety of choices including salads, vegetables, breakfast rolls, quiche, fresh haddock, and chicken piccata. More than a few of us returned to the buffet for seconds. As we gathered together the Neighborhood Club's welcoming setting and attentive staff made this a very memorable and happy time for family and friends to celebrate.

There's a handicap accessible private bathroom available just before you enter the Bella Room. There's a wide-ish yet narrow stage just inside to the right, though we didn't officially make use of it during this particular event. The show itself was eh (though dressing up was fun!), but the location was fine. I checked out their website, and outside of Weddings and other social events, they have a tab just for Fundraising, where they state that they are committed to serving the community. I waited, left, came back at 11:55 AM, and still nobody was there. Their website said they were open from 11 AM to 4 PM, and I also had an email confirmation for my appointment. After I left and paid for an Uber home, the owner called me from another number with a very rude, aggressive attitude. He kept calling the situation "strange" instead of simply apologizing for the inconvenience. I offered to send Uber receipts because I made the trip in good faith and wasted my time and money. The refund was eventually mentioned, but the way I was spoken to was unprofessional and dismissive. A business should respect people's time and communicate clearly. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place.

We fell in love with her, the house, everything including the murder-by-mail story behind the house from the 1800s. About 2 weeks before the party we called Kaitlyn and told her it was going to turn into our surprise wedding! She continued to be so helpful and excited, giving recommendations for all kinds of vendors we'd need. The day of the party she was professional and hands-on, making sure everything got done on a quick timeline. She calmed nerves and had great suggestions on where things should go to make sure everything flowed just right. Our rental price included some tables and linens she had available, and some glassware too. It was so perfect from the start and we couldn't be happier!!

Beautiful historic building who's tour guides added in a true life murder mystery of the lady of the houses death. This really added to the event as it was so my scene and absolutely fun. They also had a whiskey tasting since she was poisoned with whiskey which is ironically amazing. I would def host an event here because unlike the Newport mansions I could touch things and see things in the midst of being historically preserved since they're still restoring the house. He was so responsive, friendly and very accommodating for so many things we were asking for. He was always easily to get in touch with by phone or email as well. He set up all the tables for us, had everything ready so we just had to walk in and setup or vendor booths. The room was absolutely spotless as well. AND.. I even walked through the kitchen with him..place is so immaculate! I definitely will work with him again...just an all around excellent experience!!! Thank you for making my first Craft Fair.. so easy to organize.. I hope they're all like this!
