I went in and was blown away by all of the different scents that they have! They are cruelty free, use no harsh chemicals, plant based, and items are handmade daily. I bought two laundry soaps (they were buy one get one), shower oil, body scrub, two soap sleeves (LOVE THESE SO MUCH), two soap bars, and a bath bomb for around $60. This price is unheard of for everything that I purchased! The only reason I cannot give them 5 stars is because I had a reaction to the actual scent that I bought. I purchased 'Good Morning Sunshine' in all of the products except the soap bars. My skin reacted fine to the soap bars, but I had a reaction that left my skin itching all over. When I reached out to customer service, I was told to speak with the manager (Julie) for either an exchange or refund due to the reaction. When I arrived to the store, Julie was not there so another manager helped me. This store is so new that it seems like everyone is still trying to learn how to use the system! Unfortunately, I was not able to get an actual refund to my card. I did end up getting store credit, which is great, but I probably will not be able to use it! I am planning on passing this store credit on to someone who loves Lush as much as I do and can benefit from trying something new! The employees at this store are so friendly and go out of their way to make sure all of your questions are answered! There is a place where you can try their items as well! I definitely recommend doing this! I loved the feeling of putting on the shower oil after using the body scrub. It sounds like this reaction was definitely scent related... my nerves got the best of me and I was too afraid to try the unscented due to the past few weeks of constant itching. I now am back to using my regular laundry detergent and skin care items!

I went to Buff City Soap recently for the first time and they were having a sale on laundry so I decided to try their dryer balls that weren't part of the sale but they gave me a sample so it was a good buy for me. I tried their laundry detergent and am very impressed, my clothes have never smelled and felt better as the detergent comes with Soap With 100 % Coconut Oil, Citric Acid, Washing Powder, Essential Oils and/or Phthalate & Paraben Free Fragrances. My clothes are so soft and feel fresh. The Wool Dryer Balls (3 Pack) are great as they replace those stupid dryer sheets and I just read on their website now that you can return to any Makery to get them re-scented. I knew that I needed to get the re- scented every 100 loads but wow! Another thing I want to note is that I didn't like the scent that I got at all so I brought them back the next day and they just switched them out, no questions asked. Great customer service. Can't wait to go back soon and try more.

I went in just because I wanted to buy some empty jars, but I was very intrigued by the other products in the store. As a vegan, there are tons of options, all the ingredients are clearly labeled (you just have to watch out for bee products and milk in some items), and you can ask the staff if you have any questions. They sell body oils and butters, as well as essential oils, and many different types of empty containers (spray bottles, shampoo bottles, tincture bottles, jars, etc). They also have many products you can buy by the ounce that are unscented (yay!) like shampoos, conditioners, lotions, etc. and you can add a custom scent if you would like. I purchased unscented conditioner, a facial cleanser, and a facial moisturizer, and loved them all. A little pricy, but you are paying for quality and healthy, safe ingredients. My only complaint is that they don't sell glass jars! That would be a great addition. Oh, and COVID precautions are good. They allow in only 5 customers, request that customers sanitize their hands, and require masks. This peppermint reminds me of Christmas. The healing blend body butter has a pleasant fragrance. I use it mostly during the winter but it was also a miracle worker when I did a lot of knitting. It keeps my hands soft and I swear hangnails heal faster. I've given the beer soaps and bath bombs as presents and always receive positive feedback.

Most recently, I was shorted half of my online order, and customer service has ignored my outreach for three weeks. Combine this with their unstable retail locations and poor staff attitudes in-store, and it's clear they don't value retention. It's incredibly short-sighted to lose a long-term customer and earn a review like this over the cost of simply fulfilling an order correctly. Buyer beware.

(I now understand how women can have shiny arms and legs on the red carpet but their clothing do not have oil stains on them.) When it comes to growing out my hair, the Royal Ayurvedie Hair Oil is amazing. It has no smell, goes on light, and holds a shine. I wear my hair cut very short and it keeps growing out every 5-6 days. This is a good problem. (Smile). My sons also use it on their beards and their beards are growing in beautifully and fully.
