At just eight months old, it now looks worn out and 20 years old. I made several attempts to resolve this, starting with an online chat, then the warranty department, and escalating to three different store managers. Despite paying $400 for a warranty, I was told this is considered "normal wear and tear" and not covered. I was even advised to go to Walmart and buy a fabric shaver, and was also told, "they just don't make furniture the way they used to." I have no children, no pets, and the couch has been properly cared for. I never had to use a fabric shaver on a piece of furniture. I didn't even I didn't even know they existed. Every couch I've owned has lasted for years and many of them I've passed on to family members and friends and they still look better than this one. I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing furniture here, especially if you're paying extra for a warranty.

We were in the midst of a total renovation: demo was done, walls coming apart, commercial equipment everywhere. Andrew and Chris Y were delivering. They told me they were coming in the morning and gave me a link I could use to track the truck. I could easily see where they were, then the first stop, and I was second. Very good tracking when you want to see what's happening. All the appliances were delivered perfectly. Andrew and Chris had a tricky path to navigate, and were super-professional in navigating walls, corners, hanging lights so nothing was touched. Frankly, having moved some stuff myself, I was amazed at how carefully and smoothly they moved these mountains of stuff. So yes, I can only give five stars here but my opinion is 10 on a scale of 1 to 5! If you get Andrew and Chris, you will get two experts who are super-careful about your home, know how to un-crate your valuable purchases, and get them where they need to go. These appliance places NEED to rely on RELIABLE third parties...like plumbers to connect your dishwashers, and warranty companies to take care of things if you get a lemon. The plumber they sent to install the fancy new high-end dishwasher 6 years ago, installed some hoses incorrectly which led to a flood in my kitchen, and our needing to pull up our floors from the kitchen all the way to the front door. Thankfully we have insurance (although after this claim our rates were hiked so high we had to switch). We should have learned the first time. We bought a top-of-the-line 4-door Frigidaire $3,500 fridge there 4 years ago. We've needed several small fixes in that time, but dealing with the warranty company has been HORRIFIC. Witbeck and Big Georges use "Centricity". Well, our fridge is now on the fritz after4 years (the freezer is no longer freezing and everything has melted), and ice-maker dripping, and as of yesterday there is a loud buzzing sound -- and we cannot get a call back to save our lives, even though they've "escalated" the situation. If I instead chose to call a local appliance company they would be here in 24 hours. We are going on 6 days, with no sign of service and no promises of anything! I am sick to my stomach. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS, and they will give you a POS warranty. Hey, Witbeck/Big George's...do better! And, Mark...don't bother with the damage control here. Christmas Eve arrives, delivery says "there's ice" and they cannot deliver. There was a light sprinkle of snow and my walk was salted. Fast forward to the end of February, delivery reminder call says my order will arrive between 11:45 and 2/3 in the afternoon. I get a phone call that left a vm saying they will arrive in 10-15 minutes this call came at 9:30. I didn't hear the phone as I was preparing my laundry room for my new appliances. My dogs start barking, I see the truck out my window at 9:50. I go to my front door and stand there with the door open for 20 minutes. Not one person left the truck in this entire time. I received another delivery while standing there! Imagine 2 months since anticipated arrival of your appliances without having any working. I want to terminate my order and receive a complete refund, Teppermans is attempting to hold a 10% deposit regardless of their inadequacies and failure to provide my items in a reasonable time. Samsung could have had my items delivered to me by the end of November, I could have Costco deliver similar items in a week. I will NEVER EVER AGAIN shop Teppermans and I strongly suggest you don't either!
