Found on line, left a message on a Saturday after my wash machine made horrible sounds and I quit doing my laundry for the day. Heard back on Monday morning and had an appointment scheduled for the next morning. Unfortunately, the machine was diagnosed with the problem, and could have been repaired, but the cost would was greater than half the cost of a new machine. So I opted for a new machine as mine was 8 years of age (the average length of time that machines last now a days). Jason repaired our refrigerator/freezer efficiently and at a reasonable cost. He did a great job and we have had no problems since. He was actually able to give us a pretty good idea of what the problem likely was when I talked to him on the phone. Needed a dryer seal replaced. Jason responded very quickly and came by to check it the next day at a good time for us. He ordered the seal and let us know as soon as he received it and put it in at a good time for us. Very nice informative guy! read more
