Don't get me wrong, the people at the chain are very nice, too. They just don't have the flexibility to meet my needs like Thrifty does.

My spouse noted - maybe a little atmosphere could add to your overall experience by having some music playing as you enter the pharmacy. While there aren't lots of shelves their items are very neatly displayed. There is a small waiting area equipped with a television - but it wasn't playing the day we checked in. That may be helpful for children who are antsy and waiting to get the vaccine. They do have a bathroom (super helpful) and it is kept very clean. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They did give my kiddos lollipops after bravely receiving their vaccinations. You are able to make online appointments with them to get Covid shots & all three manufacturers sure available. They also accept walk-ins - just be aware that appointment holders have priority and they may not be able to see you the moment you walk in. We also wanted to get our flu shot but they were out of the vaccine. So we will have to try again later. They do require you to have your Covid vaccination card on hand so that they can update it. I don't know what would happen if you didn't have it or lost it. I'm assuming you wouldn't be able to get your vaccine or you would have to bring your card back later for them to update the information to reflect what shot or booster you received. ** Special note ** If you are bringing an elderly patient with memory issues to get vaccinated make sure you have their vaccination card. The staff will ask them questions to verify their information. In this situation it is best for you to have a durable power of attorney for medical. They could use this to be able to verify the patient's information from you directly. If they are unable to respond appropriately due to dementia or Alzheimer's - this may offer you the ability to get them vaccinated without issue. Being a caregiver for my mother has given me insight on situations like this. Hopefully this helps someone out in the future. Overall our experience was very positive.

"Well, you're not ready, so sorry, but you'll have to step aside and make..." She didn't finish because I had pulled up the code at this point. Her tone was anything but sorry. This was required on all three of my prepaid prescriptions. It's not my fault their app is stupid. The whole time she's pursing her lips and shifting her weight back and forth and raising her eyebrows and acting like my taking advantage of THEIR service is somehow a personal affront against HER. I've been using this Walgreens since they opened. The pharmacist is amazing and is very available for her customers. She's the only reason I've stuck around this long. But the staff sucks. They're rude and curt. Not just this time but EVERY time. I'm medically complicated and buy a LOT of meds. I have quite a lot of experience with them. I have recently begun using a mail order service on as much as I can and am now considering transferring my controlled meds to CVS. Their hours aren't as convenient, but their customer service is top-notch. They're faster, too. Walgreens is definitely better than Walmart in terms of efficiency and customer service, but both pale in comparison to CVS and Ralph's. For my money, I've decided this Walgreens is just not worth it.

The first try they said it would be a 2 hour wait (this was already 4 hours after the script was sent to them) I say okay I'll come back. In severe pain I drive back and the girl says "well we haven't filled it yet. It'll be probably like 20 minutes. People inside take precedence over the driver thru." Mind you I can't go INSIDE and stand there while I'm heavily BLEEDING. I leave AGAIN and come back AN HOUR later. They then tell us that it won't be ready for another almost 2 HOURS. All they said was that they were "backed up". I STILL have not received by prescription and am in so much pain waiting for it. I guess I'll have to wait and see if the FOURTH time is the charm. Just because they txt you it's ready doesn't mean it is. Often they wait for you to get to the store before they fill the actual medication even though they text that it's ready. I've never seen anything like it. It's very frustrating so you're probably better off choosing a different pharmacy. I'm not a one time customer and have probably given this place about eight tries.

I asked him nicely if they had any other kinds of Pokémon cards he looked at me and pointed at the cards in a very rude way, and said that's all they had I said thank you and I put the cards back as I was walking away. He whispers to himself "you're an adult" . I looked back and said to him "what was that?" he looked at me and nodded his head and acted as if he didn't say anything. It was very rude and very unprofessional. It should not matter to the employees who or what products are being bought by customer.
