Such a fun experience from start to finish…read more First you're asked to choose your scent and there are so many great scents there depending on your taste, whether floral, woodsy, sweet... then you can choose the vessel you want to use. They have the melted wax ready for you. You'll have to measure out your scent and amount of wax to use. Once you've placed the wicks, then you'll mix the scent and wax before pouring. After that you'll get to put petals and glitters to your candle and place the wick holders. You'll have to return in about 35 minutes to come pick it up. Overall it was a fun experience. Something to try with family and/or friends.

Unfortunately I wanted glass doors but the options were only black and white which don't really match the color of the billy (offset oak). Paying was torture. There is only self service and only 2 clerks to help with snafus of which there were plenty. So even though I was first in line I spent 15 minutes waiting. I also found that they no longer offer discounts for loyalty card except for a few "on sale" items. Maybe that's why they were so empty. Oh! And the food? It was ok but nothing was ready (still cooking) and so there was a long line of people waiting for the food. I wanted the new chili chicken but the wait was too long so settled for the meatballs. They were good but I was craving the chicken. This was around 1pm so they should have been prepared with ready food. It was a rather disappointing visit.

When I asked for help, he told me to wait until he finished talking with his friends. I waited 35 minutes, and he never came to assist me. Eventually, another employee noticed me and provided the help I needed. I truly appreciate that employee, but the behavior I experienced from Richard shows a lack of basic courtesy and humanity. It is very sad to see someone with this attitude working in a department that is so important to customer service. I hope management addresses this situation, as customers deserve respect and assistance.
