Called property management company spoke to Jaime Caballero, advised issues she said someone will be right over , a young guy showed up tinkered a few mins called in another guy, he tinkered a few then he called Jaime Caballero and advised not working. Jaime Caballero called said I'm making calls and cable.guy is gonna be there to resolve tonight. 4 hours later no TV, and then we are told cable guy will be there at 8a.m. Saturday morning . Uea I came on vacation to get up at 8 a.m. for your cable issue. 8:15 a.m. cable guy there total about 2.5 to 3 hours messing around finally gets all tvs working, in the process Jaime Caballero calls me I am thinking she is just checking in or saying she is doing something for the inconvenience, No she says what no call to say thank you, you were quick to call and complain, Really I NEED TO.THANK YOU FOR DOIMG YOUR JOB!!!! I DONT THINK SO!!! I responded I'll call when they finish, I have the phone on speaker, my 9 year old son , wife and daughter all standing there as well 2 friends from.next door, Jaime Caballero says what a f--kn D--k , a male in the back ground of her phone says you hung up before he heard you right, her response oh yea well GUESS WHAT SHE DIDNT I HEARD HER!!!!! I CALLED RIGHT BACK , I asked what did you call me her response what do you mean I replied with what she called me , she responds with oh no I was call the contractor I have working on my house that. We stayed here during Fantasy Fest, paying over $10,000 for what was supposed to be a premium property -- instead, it turned into a nightmare. There was major construction directly across the street that we were never informed about, waking us up every morning at 7 AM and blocking our entrance with work vehicles. Their excessive power use caused multiple electrical outages, forcing us to relocate our staff for an entire day. We reached out to Alina, our assigned representative, multiple times and never received a single call back -- there was zero communication the entire stay. Then on checkout morning, exactly at 10:00 AM, Alena, the property manager, stormed into the home unannounced, banging on every door like she was the police, yelling for us to get up, and threatening to call law enforcement. She was extremely aggressive and confrontational, giving major attitude while we were still half-asleep after working 18-hour days all week. Moments later, she brought in her manager Joyce, who escalated the situation even further -- yelling, pointing her fingers in our faces, refusing to let us close the door, and repeatedly threatening that she "knows the PD" and would make sure we go to jail. This was harassment, intimidation, and a complete violation of our privacy and safety. For the amount we paid, the lack of professionalism, communication, and respect was appalling. We will be filing a formal report with Airbnb and strongly urge anyone considering this property to stay far away until the management is replaced.

This place at first seem good. I was looking to rent an apartment in Key West, the agent there…read morehelped me, we found a place (Habana Plaza), and i rented it. I gave her a cashiers check for almost 4 thousand dollars to move in, thats first, last, and security. I pay everything on time, it all seem to be going well until the landlord tells me that i still owe them 4k. After some investigation we find out that Bershire lost the 4k. Cashiers check. When i go to the bank, the bank tells me that somebody has already cashed the check. I have to fill out a form to start the process to get my money back so i can pay the landlord for Bershire's mistake. On the form that i have to fill out there's a payer and payee section, i filled out my part but nobody else from Habana Plaza wanted to assume any responsability for the lost check (big mistake). After almost a year of waiting for my bank to give my money back, they tell me that they will be closing the case, and not return my money due to that it was cashed out at a different bank, and they can not make the other bank give them the money back. I mean why would a bank even look to give money back when the payee doesnt even sign the documents, it just looks like i am trying to get the money back that i just spent. None of the Berkshire and Habana plaza tooks responsability for the cashiers check that i gave them, i payed everything on time and give them 4k just to move in and i,was treated the whole time as if i still them money, and i will not be getting back my $1500 deposit, told me to fight the bank for it. I went to Berkshire to see what they can do for me since i gave them the money and they did nothing. Not only that, after everything they still want me to let them show the apartment while i am still living in it. Ms. Pat keeps harrasing me after i told her that she does not have permission to show the apartment before i leave because it is not written on the lease agreement, read the agreement Ms. Pat and Habana Plaza. I pay everything on time, give them a lot of money and they still treat you like it was your fault that they don't have the money. DO NOT USE BERSHIRE HATHAWAY SERVICE, THEY WILL LOSE (OR STEAL) YOUR MONEY AND STILL HOLD YOU RESPONSIBLE
