I was T-boned in a parking lot by a really awful man. He was backing out of his space and didn't see me and came out screaming that it was my fault and that he was calling the cops on me, I had my children in the car and I was afraid of what he would do to us in his rage. This man refused to cooperate with my or even his own insurance. The damage to my car was so bad I couldn't even open the door on the driver's side. Then the neck and back pain started and the man still would not cooperate. I called the Accident Guys and right away they got me treatment for my pain. Everyone was very kind throughout the whole process and explained to me everything every step of the way. I am sorry I don't remember everyones name but Masha Travkin was the main person I spoke to and she was just amazing! She fought hard for my final settlement and I am extremely happy with the results. read more

My wife was in an accident in July 2022 and we needed to find a law firm to handle our bodily injury claims. Since we used this firm in 2018 and were very impressed with the service and communication, we didn't hesitate to use them again. While I understand the process can take time, there was an issue with our case this time around but luckily we were able to voice our concerns to the team who quickily jumped into find solutions. Nava was assigned to our case and was able to provide a full scope of detail on our case from A to Z including keeping us up to date every couple of weeks through final settlement. We ultimate passed the final hurdle in October 2023 and finalized our case with the firm and are very happy with our settlement. I truly value the commitment to the client and Nava's help in taking over and assisting us through the process. While I wish no more accidents in our future...I am confident that I would use The Accident Guys for our future needs and recommend them for anyone with a bodily injury accident. Thanks again to everyone involved in handling our case especially Nava. read more

I had a not a fault accident in my college's parking lot which totaled my car and left me with injuries that had put my life at a pause. This is my first accident so finding the first step to fixing my injuries was stressful. To set the expectation from the beginning, I was informed that the Accident Guys only can handle my injuries and I had to handle the property claim on my own. At first, I felt a bit in the dark about my case because I would go weeks without hearing from my first case manager. After a bit of time, I was assigned a new case manager, Grethel Mariveles, and I felt better taken care of. Grethel would reach out to me more frequently with updates and when I would reach out to her I could count on her to give me a response back. The medical providers they had sent me to were very knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. Using their providers made the process a lot easier as they all seemed to understand what my needs were and how to work with the law firm as well. I was able to feel better within the next year because of the consistent treatments I was able to obtain. After treatments, I spoke with Christopher Coward and he gave me full knowledge of the next steps after my treatments. His legal assistant, Jeremiah Enrile, followed up with me for the payments for the providers and provided me with an itemized invoice. Finally, I quickly received an update from Nathaly Gonzales about closing my case. Overall, I feel well taken care of and I appreciate everyone for helping to guide me during such a difficult time of my life. read more

Attorney Nava was very helpful. She walked me through the whole entire process, explained everything in details. Legal words I couldn't understand, she gladly explained exactly what they meant and the importance of it. She never made me feel like a question I asked was too dumb. She made me feel at ease and she is very compassionate! The after math of being in a car accident is very annoying/stressful but thanks to Attorney Nava who was 100% always on my side, and advised me what's best for my case! The outcome was great! Attorney Omid also called to check up how everything went with the case and if I had any concerns before wrapping up the case. All the medical bills, my car, etc were taken care of as well! As Attorney Nava put it, "I hope to never hear from you in this way(getting into a car accident), again." HIGHLY SATISFIED! read more

Last year on September 24th, I was rear ended by a driver on my way to work. The driver was obviously not paying attention. The light had just turned green and he rear ended me at a high speed. My vehicle's damage was not as bad as his. His car had to be towed due to how bad the damage was. Mine was towed because I was a nervous wreck and was not well enough to drive. This was my first accident and I went to my primary doctor. Unfortunately, Kaiser did not provide the appropriate care. As time passed my injuries were not improving and Kaiser seemed a bit reluctant to provide the appropriate care for my injuries. The insurance was trying to settle my case quickly. This is when I found The Accident Guys. Right away, they found me a chiropractor and pain specialist. They sent me to get and MRI and X-rays. My injuries were finally identified and I was sent to therapy. My symptoms have improved. They were able to find me care and settle my case at an amount higher than expected. I am so thankful to have found them. They made the whole process run smoothly. It's hard to find doctor visits that fit your works schedule. They were able to do this and much more. I hope I don't have to find myself in a situation like this again but if I do, I know who to call. Thank you Derick, Omid, Isamar and Carlos. read more

I can honestly say that the way this law firm treats their clients is very sad. Unfortunately they can care less about your concerns, and don't make an effort to explain things. It's a quick process to get you to retain them but there on after it's bad service. I have worked with attorneys and realized some firms just blatantly only care about the money and not the clients. The legal assistants are extremely rude! I definitely don't think this is the kind of representation you are seeking while dealing with an already stressful situation. read more

Last year on October 2019, I got rear ended on the freeway while driving my new dream car. My car was only 3 weeks old! The damage to my car was not enough to total my car since I was driving a Range Rover however the person who hit me was driving a Kia Soul and their car was fully totaled. The impact was intense and I had massive neck and back pain after the accident. I was so lost and confuse and mainly upset that my new car will no longer be the same. After 2 days of walking around, I knew something was wrong with my body. The concern for my car now shifted to wanting to get help from attorney for body injuiry. This was my first accident so I immediately looked on yelp for help in finding the best people that can help me. THANK GOD I FOUND The Accident Guys! I called many people over the phone that day and this is the only team that got back to me with sense of urgency. From start to finish, Brian, Sarah and Elliot were amazing! Sarah handled all my medical appointments for me and made the process so easy during the busy holidays. Brian followed up with monthly phone calls to let me know the status of my case. For my case, they negotiated with the other party's insurance in order for us to get the best amount since my I am still experiencing neck and back pain. They did not stop till we felt comfortable with the amount. During this process, I appreciated Brian's approach. I was able to be transparent about how I felt. I can only imagine that he would do the same for all his client's to make them comfortable and happy at the end. Within less than a year later, Brian and his team was a able to settle with the most fair amount for my case. They truly care about their clients and they are able to do the max for you. It was truly all worth it. I've heard horror stories before from a couple of my friends that their attorneys did not explain the whole process therefore they settle with a smaller amount. NOT THE ACCIDENT GUYS! They are extremely transparent and will do whatever they can to help. I can't wait to recommend them to my friends and family. My parents got in a car accident last year. It was clearly not my parents fault since they got rear ended while on a stop with a red light. I was so happy I found them, they made us feel that things are going to be okay. The next day they sent one of their associate to help us with the process and set up an appointment for my parents to be checked by a doctor or chiropractor to make sure they don't have any severe injury. Now, things are taken care of, although our lawyer advised to wait a little bit longer for us to have a better resolution with our case; my parents wants to end the process and just want to take care of some bills.
