They made an overwhelming experience much more tolerable and less frightful. My car was involved in a car accident and the insurance company deemed it a "total loss". The insurance company denied my claim because my son was accidentally excluded from the policy. There was nothing I could. I was not in the car. Anthony to the rescue. He reached out and was genuinely concerned, he assured me they would take care of my son and get him the medical attention he needed. He also wanted to know about the property damage since it would be a seperate issue due to the fact that I was not involved in the auto accident. After, going through all the paper work from Gap, my insurance and the other auto insurance, he was able to come up with two options. I made the choice with his help to get the salvaged title released. Once released and I was no longer responsible, he reached out to other driver insurance who caused the accident and was able to bridge a significant dollar amount that other wise I would have lost. Hanning & Sacchetto was the law firm that I was referred to 5 years ago to represent me in a personal injury/car accident case. It was the worst decision hiring them and the way that my case was handled from start to finish, I would have been better off with no lawyer. Not only did they drag on the process for 3 years but in the end, they decided they no longer wanted to represent me if I chose to go to trial and not take the settlement after years of telling me they would take my case to trial. My initial lawyer was Anthony and then when my case was moved to litigation, it was transferred to Lina. So many things in my case were handled incorrectly from the initial intake to the final paperwork. The intake forms they sent me had the name of their previous client on it, I had to send it back to them to fix. They failed to tell me how the whole process worked with insurance and personal injury cases. They also failed to find out the other driver's policy limits so they told me to stop medical care after 3 months of treatment even though I was still injured and in a lot of pain because they did not have the other driver's coverage. They advised me to stop care because they said they were not sure if they would be able to recover more since they didn't know what the policy limits were. I even had medical insurance at that time from my employer so I could have used my health insurance. I feel like it was just bad advice on top of more bad advice that I received from my lawyers. They put in a high demand from the other driver's insurance but only recovered 17% of what their demand was and that was only because I kept pushing my lawyer that they needed to get me more. She was willing to settle for $3K during the mediation process. I feel like they were just very non-aggressive. When I would ask my lawyer basic questions about my case, she would say she would need to look it up. I would not have felt comfortable if she had decided to take my case to trial based on how unprepared she was during our conversations. When I reached out to the law partners about how I was unhappy about how my case was being handled, they didn't take any initiative on doing a better job on my case. It would have been nice if they took some level of accountability but instead Nathan's attitude was that it was just something they would review with their staff. He also suggested that I talk to other law firms if I was not happy, which I did. I talked to about 20 law firms and they all said that my lawyers had mishandled my case, that my lawyers should have gotten the other driver's policy because that is basic, that they should have not told me to stop my medical care if I was still injured, that they should have been more diligent and aggressive in the way they handled my case. They said it was unethical of a lawyer to suggest stopping medical care since they are not medical professionals. They also told me that based on way my case was handled and the fact that H&S would not take off their lien on my case, that they would not be able to take over my case. When I told Nathan everything the law firms had said, his response was along the lines of being that of course that those lawyers are going to tell me that because if I get into another car accident, they want my future business. Which is ridiculous and again, a lack of ownership of how his firm handled my case. To add insult to injury, my lawyer even told me that I was not injured badly during my accident due to my medical care history to warrant getting more money, completely leaving out that it was their advice that I stop medical care. Not only did I have PTSD, but I had migraines, post concussion, neck and back pain from my accident so it was incredibly insensitive and unprofessional for her to say that. I finally had no other choice but to settle since H&S would not fight for me. When I received the settlement paperwork, the insurance company was incorrect and from a previous case. From start to finish, they did shoddy work. They will oversell and under-deliver their promises. I am writing this review 5 years after the fact in hopes to spare anyone from making the same mistake that I did. read more

These people are amazing. The firm has employees and attorneys who know what they are doing. First off, it took a long time - a year and a half - to find who insured the home where an aggressive, biting dog lived. They didn't stop the search until they found it. Once they had the confirmation of the insurance company, things rolled by quite quickly. The insurance company offered me a low settlement first. Anthony Franzetti advised me to reject it, so I did. Just a few days later, he called to tell me that he had settled my case for the top amount allowed for a dog bite from an insurance company. I was very pleased with Anthony Franzetti's bargaining skills! Another surprise came to me about six weeks after the settlement. I opened a letter that had yet another check inside for me. The letter explained that they had been archiving my case. As they did, they found another check from the insurance company that covered my injury. They could have easily kept this $1000 addition. I never would have known if they had. So I would also like to commend this firm for the integrity they showed to me. You don't always see this in today's world. This further impressed to me that the people who work at this firm are not only hardworking, but they are honest in their dealings. During the time of searching for the correct insurance company, I had another legal issue come up. I sold a truck to a man who never bothered to register it in his name. One night the truck got impounded. I started to get the letters from the tow yard threatening to place liens against me if I didn't take care of the truck. I had DMV proof that the truck was no longer mine, yet they wouldn't except it and kept sending me the letters. One day I decided to call the attorney's office. I explained the situation to one of the employees, who said he would make a call. I never got another letter from that tow company. These people really do go out of their way to help their clients.
