Got into an auto accident middle of last year and didn't know what to do or who to call. Being a person who uses Yelp for almost everything, I decided to search for "Attorneys." After reading reviews of many different Lawfirm's in my area, The Auto Accident Guys seemed to be the most highly rated, most modern and most promising. And I was right! Glad I found these guys! The process was smooth... even during a pandemic! Being able to text back and forth certain questions I had during my case was awesome! They kept me up to date on everything that was going on and I'm glad my case was finally closed with a big "W." I had a collision that busted my front headlight. My car was deemed a total loss. It was a hit and run accident and the accident guys ended up asking for reimbursement from my insurance. My insurance did not increase as I was not at fault of the accident. This was in November 2022. I received my settlement in July 2023. My first case manager Kimberley was not very good. She would not follow up regularly. My new case manager Karla was fantastic. 10/10. Between her and Jeremy I was really well taken care of. There was an accident in my case where I was told to meet a neurologist twice for the same issue. Regardless, my team helped me get the maximum claim reimbursement. My overall experience was 4.8/5.0. read more

I got into a car accident in 2018, I foolishly tried to settle on my own. I am so happy that I changed my mind and called them. Omid and Ceasar always called and kept me up to date on everything. They answered every question I had. The doctors and physical therapists they recommended were amazing and really helped my back and leg. I had a good experience with The accident guys. The who process was easy and fast. I would highly recommend them.

My first car accident: I got rear ended on Thanksgiving weekend. It was my first auto accident claim, so I thought that it'd be really hard, complicating, and time consuming, but Attorney Eliot, Attorney Tony and their crew made it very simple, easy, and FAST!! Everyone is very caring, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I got a great deal for compensation. I'd recommend this law firm as everyone is a hard-working professional so that their clients don't have to worry about anything after the auto accident trauma. Update: Second car accident: I had another car accident on APR2018. It was a hit and run. I sent a Yelp message to this firm about the case right away that night, and Attorney Eliot responded promptly while he was having dinner with his family. He sent his investigator to my place the next day to start working on the case. Now the case is closed, a year later after the accident. The compensation exceeds expectation again, thanks Eliot! read more

I was involved in a car accident back in March of this year. I'd never been in an accident of this level, and to make the situation even more chaotic, I was a passenger in an Uber. It was such a scary experience. I had injuries to my ankle and knee, and was so worried about how to handle my next steps. After doing a little research online, I found The Accident Guys. I read through their website, checked out what people had to say about them, and decided to contact them to see what could be done about getting treatment and starting a case. From the moment I sent a message via their website, I was treated with such kindness and compassion. Attorney Eliot made me feel understood and taken care of. I remember the details of that first conversation so well because I went from feeling completely overwhelmed, to knowing this situation was in good hands. The rest of the team at The Accident Guys were great as well. They stayed in constant contact, and no question I had was too small. I am extremely happy with how everything turned out. Attorney Narek really went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy. The Accident Guys were instrumental in turning a scary and unfortunate situation into an experience of healing and justice. The Accident Guys - I was sitting right where the impact happened. - Personal Injury Law Near Me - Concord, California

Always available professional and they take care of everything. Very fast and efficient. I will update when my case is resolved

My wife, 10 year old baby girl and I were hit by a car at full speed while were parked on the shoulder on a toll road. While our insurance took care of the car, we couldn't get anyone to care of us. We have health insurance and went to see our doctor to be checked out. The moment she found out it was from a car accident she told us "I don't handle this type of thing so....what do you want from me". I thought, who's going to take care of the two most important people in my life? Who's going to check me out o make sure I'm ok. What if there are problems that come up later and the window is closed and there's no documentation? We looked on Yelp and found "The Accident Guys" and immediately felt we were in good hands. They listened to our story and clearly explained how everything worked. Right after, we started receiving calls from medical facilities close to home to make appointments to be examined. Soon after we started physical therapy. Out of us three I am only one without injury or pain and yet still received a settlement which was more than I expected. They are taking good care of my wife and daughter even addressing the mental and emotional impact on my wife. I would highly recommend "The accidents Guys" read more

Wow, where do I began? Back in Sept. 2019 I was rear ended on the 710 FWY while in a standstill traffic by a distracted driver. At the moment of impact I didn't feel any pain till 12hours later. My doctor just recommended pain killers and that was it. I still felt discomfort and that's when I yelped "Car Accident Attorneys" and came across "The Accident Guys" I read all the reviews and was convinced that I wanted them to represent me. I sent them a message on here, within 5 mins responded and in 3 hours met with me in person! They truly didn't disappoint at all! All reviews are 100% accurate, because here I am adding mine too. As soon as reached out to them they set me up with doctors and were checking up on me on weekly basis ensuring I was getting all the medical attention I needed and that I knew they were there to assist me with anything and answer any questions or concerns I had. Based on the picture, the accident may appear as it wasn't a "huge" impact. However, my body, MRI scans and chiropractor all agreed it did cause damage to my spine and that I would require surgery. Shortly a few weeks later after my accident, I found out I was pregnant. This meant I had to stop treatment for my injury. Even though my case had to be put on pause, the team at The Accident Guys did not stop their communication and attentiveness with me. Throughout my whole pregnancy they made sure I was doing well and to let them know if I needed anything I could count on them. The injury I sustain from my accident did impact my pregnancy and it did not make it easy at all. After I gave birth, we resumed with the case and my attorney was so kind to hear out all my concerns and how this accident has impacted my lifestyle with my baby. Honestly, I cant put into words how they seriously made me feel like I was part of their family and not just a client. Till the very end and even after we closed the case, their concerns and support are truly felt. I hope my review helps someone in deciding that these guys, ARE who you'd want to represent you. I am always referring them to my coworkers, friends and family and all have had the same excellent experience. read more

I got into my very first three-vehicle car accident driving home from work on the 405S last August. The guy behind me slammed into me and pushed me into the car in front of me, resulting in extensive front and rear damage of my car. In addition, I also suffered whiplash and had to go to urgent care. I was in shock and didn't know what to do, my boss suggested that I get in contact with a lawyer, so I looked on Yelp for someone who will really have my best interest in heart and fight for my case and help me navigate the landmine that is insurance companies. I was having an extremely frustrating time talking to the insurance company (of the guy who hit me), and meanwhile I became worried about my health. Fortunately I found The Accident Guys and I called Attorney Omid two days after my accident, he was super comforting and helpful and immediately sent someone to come talk to me at my house to do paperworks and begin to go through the process. I remember asking this person "Can I trust you guys?", and he said, "Absolutely, I've personally used them many times." I've never worked with a lawyer before and didn't know what to expect and was very worried about getting trapped into legal contacts that I didn't really understand the full extent of. But as we started the process, I begin to see that the lawyers and the staff were working tirelessly for me. Elena, one of the staff was super proactive and when I was pushing for the insurance company to send an appraiser to assess the damage of my car, she called them every day on my behalf. Because I was in a three person accident, we also needed the statements of the two other drivers, Elena also helped me get those in. It was extremely stressful as my car was the only one that suffered sever damage, but Elena and the lawyers made me feel supported and not alone. The appraiser came 6 days after I got in contact with The Accident Guys and a week after that the insurance company accepted my claim for damages. I credit how fast it all happened to The Accident Guys. I took my car to the shop and I was able to get rental cars set up very easily with the insurance company, which was a relief. They also got me set up with a chiropractor and I went twice for a week for therapy, I went for a month. In addition to the chiropractor, the lawyers also set a doctor's appointment for me to check my recovery progress, I was doing well but they recommended an MRI, which I did around 1 month after my car accident. In early November I was physically well and I agreed to begin closing out my case. In March, I forwarded the car-accident log/pain journal I kept to the lawyers as they begin to file claims. In June, We had reached a settlement and I got a call from Attorney Brian, who has been incredible and trustworthy throughout this entire process. He pushed for higher settlements a few times and finally in July we had settled for a VERY satisfying amount, which was both incredible and so worth the wait. Working with the Accident Guys has been nothing but easy, accessible, comfortable, and safe. Reaching out to them was the best decision I made throughout this whole process. Special thank you to Elena, Attorney Brian and Attorney Eliot!!! You guys are truly the best!!! read more
