Their service is very poor they don't communicate with their clients. The staff changes every other month. Spoke to an intake coordinator and got asked questions about things like she was a lawyer. Was told that their lawyers prefer to take cases after the TTD ends. Worse possible advice to give. The lawyer during your TTD assists you getting your medical documentation and required checks so you can get on SDI (another year of workman's comp) and SSID that much easier. Was literally told to check their YouTube videos to be educated instead of hearing back from someone. If you are put on their supposed wait list by an intake officer. Then find another law firm. They will get back to you 3 months later and say they cannot take the case. Which messes you up because that is worth 2/3 visits of documentation to strengthen your case for SDI and or SSDI. Do not answer questions or give any information regarding your case unless speaking to a lawyer. They can keep your information private. The intake will not need to keep it private. This common practice shows how unethical the Law firm is. If you have problems with your insurance adjuster, and or the medical doctors involved. I suggest you check the California DIR utilization reviews and form your complaint there. Noticing some sideways false reviews. Even more suspect when they do YouTube videos as they are more prone to create their own advertisement. Ethics red flags left and right. read more

after reading the review on Saina D. and her terrible experience with the lawyer Mr. Mark Thuesen I found out I was not the only one that want through a bad experience and abusive behavior with this lawyer. I had to speak up. I too am afraid of my medical bills not being paid or future bills . I had a good lawyer there and she raided my case for a high amount due to I needed more surgery and future treatment .the problem was she was never there always on leave . I ask to change Attorney, Mark, Thuesen view my case and was very rude when he called me and view my case in a low amount without reading my medical records. after months of going back-and forth with me signing the medical release forms. and not keeping any appointment with the judge. he finally calls me up yelling at me and being rude tells me he did not have my records and tells me it's too bad you're going to have to sign and take what ever the insurance company offers you .they will pay you a low amount. pay out and continue to receive treatment only for a certain time and amount . and if you say no I will drop you and nobody in this law firm wants you and he hung up the phone. he then text me for me to go get my own medical records.( wow ) I talk to Management about his behavior I don't believe anything is going to be done about it. I see his done this before. he told me his a nice guy. know I have to wait to see if I get a fair treatment from this law firm. and receive the amount and care or support they talk about in their videos. read more

The communication lacked very much. My wife had a case for more than a year before we hired the company. When we finally were getting somewhere we would be in the dark due to the lack of communication. My wife had to consistently call in and find out what was going on with the case. She got frustrated with a couple different people. Just because of the simple fact that we're already going through this uncomfortable situation of getting injured at work and then on top of that the people who are supposed to have your back and be there for you, aren't. Overall a great company I just wish they worked on the communication more to make their clients feel less stressed about their situation. I would recommend Jason as an attorney.
