I was scared and injured and freaking out when I got in touch with these guys. They took what could have been a year long nightmare and turned it into a 4 month, stress free experience. Dealing with the workers comp insurance company was getting me nowhere. Dealing with my employer was getting me nowhere. I could not be happier with the with the people at the firm or the outcome they achieved for me. I was referred by a by an acquaintance and I will be telling everyone I know what a great job these people did for me, even though I was a pain in the ass. read more

Farber & Co worked on my case and I had a great experience. I was so stressed about my case, but I didn't have to do a thing and my attorney and his team took care of me. Farber & Co did everything for me. Bilal worked on my case and he was very professional, friendly, and kind to me. I was so nervous about my deposition and he made me feel very comfortable and less stressed about the whole situation. The assistant that helped me throughout the case, Irving, was also amazing. He answered all my questions whenever I called and was very reassuring. There were a few other women assistants that helped me throughout the process, but I can't recall their names (sorry!). If I could give zero stars, I would. This agency failed to communicate with me on multiple occasions, failed to follow simple directions of involving me in picking a QME doctor, failed to file paperwork on all body parts involved, and failed to file for a QME in a timely manner resulting in my losing TTD income. When terminated, was told by my adjuster a week later that the termination papers weren't filed. Now the attorneys won't even communicate when, or IF, the legally signed paperwork firing them have been filed. In addition to finding another attorney to represent my case, I am now having to hire a different attorney to go after this attorney for the damage to my case! A total waste of time and energy on a very simple case that should have never come to this. They had a good sales pitch when I hired them, but the service was worse than a used car dealer. read more

Originally I had written a review on Farber and Co. prior to this explaining the nightmare of a situation i have been dealing with when it comes to dealing with Workmans comp lawsuits. I was afraid my concerns and issues were not being addressed or cared for. However that is not the case. It is easy to feel like all the cards are stacked against you especially when you are injured. A lot of times with Workmans comp suits there is an endless mountain of behind the scenes paperwork, requests, hearings, etc. that an individual might not be aware of and it can be daunting and confusing not knowing every aspect of your case. But with that being said Farber and Co work tirelessly in the background to get these things handled. Farber and Co along with Jason Insdorf do their best to keep you in the loop with what you need to know and handle all the heavy lifting behind the scenes so that you arent burdened by the mountains of tricks the opposing insurance agency will most likely pull. Jason provides his clients with a direct line for concerns and even goes as far as to sacrifice his personal time with his family to console or illuminate any issues,questions, or concerns you might have. For anyone looking to retain council for a Workmans comp lawsuit I will tell you this now. There will almost no doubt be many rough patches through out the case. 99.9999999% of the time its the opposing insurance agencies kicking and screaming to cooperate. But more importantly when it comes to all these obstacles that happen behind doors away from the injured individual, Farber and Co and more specifically Jason Insdorf will go to battle behind those doors for you so you dont get caught in the crossfire. read more

Farber & Company Attorneys have been extremely helpful in managing my claim with my worker's compensation insurance company. I injured my foot while at work (I work for an animal rescue) & had a really really tough time dealing with my employer's insurance company. Thank goodness I found Farber & Company attorneys. All of the staff, especially Kiki Lubin, my case manager, have been incredibly professional, compassionate & helpful. Before I hired them I was stuck at Concentra where the assisting staff was wonderful but the doctors not so. They pushed me into going back to work with a severely injured foot & without the proper diagnostic testing. I missed a ton of work unpaid because it was too painful to work. From the moment I first call them and they said I could come down I knew right then Farber & Co. Attorney's P.C. we're superb with there service's. Doing the whole process I was constantly informed ahead of time . All documents in the mail were prompt. The communications with me during the time they handle my case were excellent. I received expert advice and the counsel they gave me never once did I doubt they wouldn't get me compensation for the injuries I sustained while at work. I was embrace like family and I could tell they cared. I recall when I first explain my situation the person who did the interview listen intently and excepted my case without delay. My right knee was injured at work in 2015. I tried to work with the work comp adjuster by myself at first; however it seemed that everything I needed to get my knee repaired was a fight. I realized quickly I was in over my head in dealing with the adjusters (they changer adjusters many times). I realized that the company I worked for had attorneys their work comp carrier had attorneys, the only one without an attorney was me! I hired Farber and Company after my FIRST surgery; I need two more surgeries after the that. After hiring Farber and Company they assigned Jason Insdorf to my case, MY fighting with the adjuster was over! Jason handled every problem that came up. I NEVER HAD TO DEAL WITH ADJUSTERS AGAIN! I am very happy I got a hold of Farber & Company. I ripped my muscle 20% off the bone and had other problems with my shoulder installing a heavy garage door. My company's insurance sent me to their Dr. and the doctor said I was going to be disabled for the rest of my life. Then the Dr. told me I have to tell my company's insurance that I was disabled for the rest of my life. I didn't get paid anything through my company's insurance. I was in desperate need of money and couldn't move my shoulder. I went to Farber & Company, they took care of me. As soon as they got on my case I got all my back pay. From that point on got paid every two weeks. I had 4 people working on my case. They insured me I could sleep at night not to worry. Farber & Company got me the best Dr. to due surgery on my shoulder I'm at a full recovery now. I probably would of lost my house and never got the surgery I needed, I have to say Robert, Kiki, Karla, Irving they did a outstanding job on my case.
