Can't say enough about Eric, he took the time to diagnosed the problem, ordered the part a new heater. He created a temporary bypass so the system would stop blowing the breaker. I had surgery and it's difficult was difficult to keep walking into the garage, 2 days later Eric arrived as scheduled to replace the new heater, he fixed sit, fixed the wheels that were down on the frig and cleaned up everything. I called John on the recommendation of a family member to come to my home and look at my LG Fridge…read moreand my LG stove. The fridge where you put the water filter inside the fridge needed to be replaced..not a problem he took care of that, the water was already on to the fridge all he had to do was turn on the needle valve to the waterline to the fridge he turned on the valve to the back of the fridge and busted it, now when the valve is on water continuously runs on the front of my water dispenser so we can't use that still and on my stove he claimed the board was gone, so the one side of my stove didn't work nor did the 5th heater in the middle didn't work. He replaced the board everything seem to be working we used that side of the stove within a couple of hours after he left and that side of the stove stopped working again after the person who was at the house at the time gave him the check for $900.00 trusting that he would come back and fix the shutoff to the fridge. That was over 2mths ago and he has had one excuse after another. First he said the new board was on backorder then when he supposedly got ahold of someone they said the board for my stove was discontinued. I bought my appliances as a package approximately 6 years ago. So why on the first board it wasn't discontinued but it was on the replacement board?? Hmmm makes you wonder. I have tried to text and call this man for 3 weeks with nothing back from him. I know I shouldn't make excuses but I am a female widow supporting my grand daughters who I have permanent guardianship of so of course money is tight for me and he was aware of this.
