I do not suggest hiring this company. I hired them to replace an AC unit. I was out of town so…read morecouldnt show them the unit itself, which is located in a highrise called Oasis Grand where many AC contractors perform work. I also sent them a picture of the actual unit inside. They said they will send a tech to view an outside unit so they'll be able to identify which unit the inside actually is. I texted them to re confirm the unit and they were confident with everything & sent an invoice. I then applied for a 0 % credit offer through Eternity's program to finance the unit. I got approved after a hard credit inquiry and on the day of install, they said they cannot replace the AC unit because they dont service that type of AC unit. Instead of admitting fault, they also made excuses that the original unit was modified, etc after the tech viewed it, I then asked him to send pictures. When the pictures were not sent they said building didnt allow them in. In essence, they lied about seeing the actual unit on install day. I then asked them to assist me with reversing the hard credit inquiry and they did not respond or do anything to assist. This hard inquiry dropped my score by around 10 points! This company is very unprofessional and dis honest.

Infinite Electric & Air Pending Review…read more04-29-26 Review: I recently posted an excellent review for this company but have since learned that they didn't do the work that was needed to fix the problem. They told me the problem was fixed but after supposedly fixing it it wasn't it still existed. After having them replace all circuit breakers and install surge protector, which was working fine before, it still wasn't right. They were to replace the meter claw can which they did not do. They came back 4 more times and told me it was probably my refridgerator causing problems, which they plugged into an extension cord and left it that way. The red flag went up when they said all the outlets and switches had to be replaces upstairs to the tune of another $1200 in addition to the $3200 I had already paid them. Also told me I needed a new ceiling fan because it went bad but there was power to the switch so I got one. Another lie, no power but there was before them. I called another company to come give me an estimate and they showed me pictures that the only thing Infinite did out side was to change the disconnect hookup which was not the problem, it was he can as I told them in the first place. I did make them aware of my findings and have not heard back from them as of yet and that was two weeks ago. They just kept leading me on and grasping at straws. What a nightmare!

Certified Heating and Cooling,Inc. $$$…read moreSERVICE REQUESTED: I have an annual agreement with this office, and it has been a great value. A few weeks ago my upstairs A/C was being examined at the start of its semi-annual checkup. The associate notified me that the air handler in the attic was dropping its insulation from within, and this would create a problem with continuing the standard semi-annual checkup. This necessitated scheduling an associate on a different day to basically rebuild the air handler. Understandably this was a long project through the day but was completed to our satisfaction. QUALITY: The different associates whom we have seen over a long period of time have been exceptionally professional and courteous. VALUE: Everyone decides what they describe as value. For us it's the confidence that our A/C units will work through the summer and winter year after year. Having a service agreement gives us that peace of mind. SUMMARY: These people have demonstrated exceptional courtesy (every phone call is a new pleasant greeting, every time). One has to have trust in the service people with whom they do business. For me, these people are very highly recommended.

Highly recommend HomePros Cooling & Heating for a new A/C installation in Fort Myers. I obtained…read moreproposals from several well-regarded local HVAC companies before replacing the system in my Fort Myers condo, and HomePros ultimately stood out for the combination of fair pricing, a thorough proposal, and the confidence they gave me in the quality of the installation. One of the owners personally came out to evaluate the job and prepare the estimate. He was straightforward, knowledgeable, and never high-pressure. He clearly explained the equipment and installation process and answered all of my questions before I committed. HomePros installed a new 2-ton Comfortmaker system, including the thermostat, UV system, surge protection, condensate overflow protection, permitting and inspection. The installation crew was professional and careful, and everything was completed exactly as promised and at the agreed price. I did quite a bit of research before choosing an HVAC contractor, including comparing equipment, warranties, installation procedures, reviews and pricing. HomePros provided excellent value and, just as importantly, inspired confidence throughout the process. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for A/C replacement or HVAC installation in the Fort Myers area.

He seemed to be honest and straightforward so I saved his business card knowing at some point I would need a reliable HVAC group here in SWFL. His techs showed up and did a fine job cleaning and testing the system from one end to the other. The techs were very helpful and overall did a nice job. I'm an old DIY'er, so I would have tackled this project myself but our buyer wanted a qualified tech to complete this. My wife is a retired realtor, so all I was allowed to do was observe and provide a credit card. The project wasn't free, but I did find the amount of service they provided to be worthwhile for the price. Their business card is still taped on our air handler next to the note NOT to call Best Services as they were the first contractor I experienced when we moved to SWFL.
