I also sent them a picture of the actual unit inside. They said they will send a tech to view an outside unit so they'll be able to identify which unit the inside actually is. I texted them to re confirm the unit and they were confident with everything & sent an invoice. I then applied for a 0 % credit offer through Eternity's program to finance the unit. I got approved after a hard credit inquiry and on the day of install, they said they cannot replace the AC unit because they dont service that type of AC unit. Instead of admitting fault, they also made excuses that the original unit was modified, etc after the tech viewed it, I then asked him to send pictures. When the pictures were not sent they said building didnt allow them in. In essence, they lied about seeing the actual unit on install day. I then asked them to assist me with reversing the hard credit inquiry and they did not respond or do anything to assist. This hard inquiry dropped my score by around 10 points! This company is very unprofessional and dis honest.

Very disappointed after six years as a customer…read more We had been customers of Florida Cooling Solutions for approximately six years and recently purchased two maintenance agreements for $200. We were therefore very surprised to receive an email stating that the agreement had already been used for one service visit, had ended in December, and that the company would no longer provide maintenance or future service at our property. What is particularly frustrating is that this was not communicated to us when we purchased the agreements or during the time we were being serviced. After six years of doing business with the company, I expected much better communication and customer service. The email also states that our property has specialized access and ladder requirements that are outside of the company's ability to accommodate. If that is the company's position, I can respect a business choosing not to service a particular property. However, after six years as a customer and after paying for maintenance agreements, I believe this should have been communicated much earlier and much more transparently. I am especially disappointed by the way this relationship has ended. Customers should be able to expect clear communication, consistency, and professionalism--particularly after years of doing business with a company. I am sharing this review because other customers deserve to know that purchasing a maintenance agreement does not necessarily mean the company will continue servicing your property, and I strongly recommend getting the terms and service limitations in writing before purchasing.

They told me the problem was fixed but after supposedly fixing it it wasn't it still existed. After having them replace all circuit breakers and install surge protector, which was working fine before, it still wasn't right. They were to replace the meter claw can which they did not do. They came back 4 more times and told me it was probably my refridgerator causing problems, which they plugged into an extension cord and left it that way. The red flag went up when they said all the outlets and switches had to be replaces upstairs to the tune of another $1200 in addition to the $3200 I had already paid them. Also told me I needed a new ceiling fan because it went bad but there was power to the switch so I got one. Another lie, no power but there was before them. I called another company to come give me an estimate and they showed me pictures that the only thing Infinite did out side was to change the disconnect hookup which was not the problem, it was he can as I told them in the first place. I did make them aware of my findings and have not heard back from them as of yet and that was two weeks ago. They just kept leading me on and grasping at straws. What a nightmare!

Replaced AC with a brand new one 5 years ago. My AC is only…read more5 years old but yet I've had numerious service calls out of pocket. I had a tech come out once a charge me $100 turned the ac off and then came back later in the day and charged another $100 to turn it back on and make sure it was unfrozen... i could have done that myself, he could have called me to check. The AC filter has to be changed every single month. Which it is. If you do not it freezer over. Even with replacing the filter monthly, it continues to freeze over. I've had about 4 service calls total where nothing is done, they find no issues yet it keeps Freezing over. I complained to someone on the phone and they were very aggressive when I was trying to explain and figure out why this keeps happening. I had another company called out and they replaced the capacitor. Honestly it just seems like a they just say it's Florida it's hot blah blah. I'm only trying to keep it at 73-74 I would think buying a brand new ac and only being a few years old wouldn't have this many issues. I'm not impressed with their customer service and charging me double in one day. My ac is currently frozen over yet again.

I called Mr Cool yesterday, said it was not an emergency, and they sent a tech this morning who saw the issue, and fixed it promptly. Compared to my old house in Fort Lauderdale, this AC unit is efficient and sized properly; a quarterly maintenance plan offered by Mr Cool will keep it that way. A few weeks ago my upstairs A/C was being examined at the start of its semi-annual checkup. The associate notified me that the air handler in the attic was dropping its insulation from within, and this would create a problem with continuing the standard semi-annual checkup. This necessitated scheduling an associate on a different day to basically rebuild the air handler. Understandably this was a long project through the day but was completed to our satisfaction. QUALITY: The different associates whom we have seen over a long period of time have been exceptionally professional and courteous. VALUE: Everyone decides what they describe as value. For us it's the confidence that our A/C units will work through the summer and winter year after year. Having a service agreement gives us that peace of mind. SUMMARY: These people have demonstrated exceptional courtesy (every phone call is a new pleasant greeting, every time). One has to have trust in the service people with whom they do business.
