I browsed the men's section first since the shoes are pretty much the same, I couldn't find them at first so I went across the store over to the women's and couldn't find converse in women's either. I did notice the women's shoes wasn't as busy as the men's. I browsed around a bit (no one greeted me or anything in men's or women's). I did finally find them under a table display and they only had platforms for women's so I went back over to men's to take another look. I did find them and waited for a salesman to assist me. A man walked up (after me) and the shoe he wanted was next to stock room so he was helped right away. I waited and asked for help.. I was told by a rep that he had to go check on some other customers, I kept waiting and being ignored to the point I witnessed reps asking people still looking around if they needed help and finally someone came up to help me, I asked for a 7 (as I'm a 8 1/2, 9 in women's), he came back and told me the smallest size they have is an 8 which is too big. He asked who I was shopping for, I said myself and he asked me what size I wear and I said about a 9 in women's and he said "well this is men's" as if I was blind. Not the greatest experience here…read more To their credit, I was able to buy tires and get them installed (initial date: ~late 2025). Beyond that, however, this experience has been generally frustrating. I had to put my order in over the phone, for their website would not let me order tires fitting the (nonstandard) wheel size on my car. A vehicle selection was required to check out, but my vehicle did not originally come with 18"'s and no online wheel size override was available. During my phone call to place the order, they added and listed off a ton of addons I did not want. When I asked to remove these, I was told they didn't know how and instructed to call back the following "at 7:00 AM, before they place the order," because the morning person would know how to remove things. When I mentioned I had a client meeting at work they said "ask to use the bathroom or something." (they wouldn't make a note in their system, and didn't seem to understand how meetings work). I may still have a personally archived recording of this last part (MN is a one-party consent state for conversation recording). I was able to move things around and call at that 7:00 slot as they requested, and the morning person had no problem updating the order. After that point, I didn't drive the car (hard-top convertible) more than a couple hundred miles over the winter, but found the steering wheel to be vibrating when I got in the vehicle and got going ~50-60 MPH. Rotating the fronts onto the rear moved the vibration, so it feels to be balancing. They suggested the same when I brought this up ("maybe a weight fell off"). Called them back, and they agreed and scheduled me an appointment. Upon arrival today, I handed over my keys and was told that there's a $15-per-wheel cost (which I hadn't been informed over the phone), and this is not covered by the initial install cost. I have reluctantly agreed, for I just want this problem fixed at this point. Hoping that this re-balancing fixes the vibration and I can move forward with my life (without a constant vibration, preferably). Tire was off by an ounce, which seems rather large. That has been corrected theoretically. Hoping for the best, trying to be optimistic :)

I'm in love with Smartwool socks, I try to find them on clearance through the outlet section of the app and pick them up at the store. Sometimes they have them on clearance here but not usually. The brands are great...nice, quality things do cost more but they also last longer. The REI brand is really good too, a little more affordable than Marmot, The North Face, Arc'teryx, etc without giving up too much on quality. It's worth it to become a member, one time $20 fee for a 10% dividend on purchases to use in store. Something about coming in makes me want to be more of an outdoors person and buy stuff I don't really need.

By FAR, the WORST customer service I've ever experienced in my life…read more I ordered a crew neck as a gift for a family members' birthday. 3 weeks later I received an email saying the order was delayed another week. They apologized, and said they would throw in a free shirt for the issues. I was happy with their initial response, until the NEXT week, I received an email saying the order was completely cancelled. It takes weeks to ever receive any sort of communication from them whatsoever. It has now been over 2 months since my initial order and over a month since the free t-shirt was promised. I've received NOTHING and no one at the company will even respond to my inquiries. It's such a shame because I like all their products and would have been a return customer over the years. I would have recommended them to friends. Now I'm left with a bad taste in my mouth and will never purchase another item from them again. And I will NOT recommend their services of products to anyone I know. Next time they shouldn't be so short-sided otherwise they will continue to lose ongoing business.

He wears a men's medium and found a t-shirt on sale rack for $14.99. I found a hoodie on sale also. They had lots of other college items including luggage tags, stickers, pennants, etc. I also found a regular price NDSU t shirt for $20 and some NDSU stickers. There are other colleges there too such as UMD Duluth, Michigan, U of MN and St Cloud State. At check out the tagged t shirt rung up at $22, it was marked $20 and was immediately fixed. Scheels employees usually always say Hi upon entering the store. I wish Scheels would expand more in the Minneapolis St Paul Metro. Eden Prairie seems to far to drive. They also sell my favorite Feetures socks.
