I have been getting acupuncture and fascia work now for several months now and when I say it's saved my life, that is a complete understatement. I've been in and out of doctors' offices for years and not a single one of them has actually helped my body (or actually really listened to me) even a FRACTION of the way that Still Life has. Honestly, it brings me to tears regularly thinking about where I'd be if I'd never found them and how utterly grateful I am. It really has started to given me my life back. Daniel provides the treatments and Cat keeps everything running smoothly in the front and behind the scenes. Cat is an exceptional human being - so warm and inviting, easy to communicate with, very flexible, and quick to respond! Daniel is the exact same in the treatment room. Do not be afraid to speak up about your preferences! He really takes the time to listen and sees the work as a partnership between the two of you. He has an immense amount of knowledge and is very professional and gentle, and he does everything he can to make you feel safe and comfortable in big and small ways. They do their best to work with your availability and offer discounts if you book six packs of acupuncture sessions. They are very reasonably priced. The office vibes are also very welcoming and soothing. Truly, there aren't enough good things to say about Still Life. I'm a client for life now. They're also big foodies and have great recommendations if you like to talk grub or just wanna talk about life in general!! :D

Daniel and Cat's office is beautiful and calming. Their website is well designed and allows you to make appointments and browse their treatments. The very next day after my treatments, there was considerable healing and progress with my sprained foot. I am so thankful for their dedication to their business and for making the healing journey the best possible. I highly recommend!

It felt like gallbladder pain, but I didn't have stones--my gallbladder emptying was only 32%, which is the low end of normal. None of the doctors I saw could help me, and I was feeling hopeless. I decided to try acupuncture and found Flourish Integrative Health after reading their amazing reviews. From my very first call, the owner was so kind and informative. She recommended I see Jen Potthast, who has a lot of experience with the kind of issues I was having. I loved Jen from the beginning--she truly took her time to listen and understand everything I was feeling. I immediately felt calmer after our first session. After just four weekly sessions, all of my symptoms were completely gone. I continue to go because it's such an incredible experience. The treatments aren't painful at all--during each session I feel like I'm floating, and afterward I feel amazing, even better than after a massage. I highly, highly recommend giving acupuncture at Flourish Integrative Health a try--especially with Jen Potthast. She really knows her stuff and has made such a difference in my life!

Christina is incredible! We are all so privileged to have her in our community. I've been a client…read morenow for 8 years. Here's why: first, she absolutely knows what she's doing. Second, her treatments work. No ifs ands or buts about it. They work. Pick an ailment. Over the years, I've had tennis elbow, digestive issues, lower back pain, nerve pain and a few others that I'm not recalling at the moment. She's cured & fixed everything. I'm at the height of my health thanks to her. I so grateful for her and her staff. Eastern medicine is completely different that western medicine. Western medicine is designed to medicate and creates a cycle of keeping someone on those meds because the effects of those meds create additional issues that a person has to take more meds for. Acupuncture and herbs are the opposite. Eastern medicine is designed to help the body heal itself in a natural way by opening up the energy that naturally flows within all of us. The herbs assist in that. I hope my comments are helpful. If you're thinking of trying acupuncture (or just looking for a new way to heal) then please call them. My personal experience with Thrive is phenomenal. I have a sense yours will be too. #grateful.

My mother has dementia and Christina has been wonderful about accommodating the limitations of my mom's lack of short-term memory. And she is a master at getting mom comfortable on the bed (creative use of pillows and the bed head can raise up) since my mom has some low and mid-back discomfort when lying on her back. Christina has helped calm my mother's central nervous system, which had had a positive effect on her overall wellbeing, but best of all is that her anxiety-induced tremors are greatly reduced, maybe gone! Christina not only administers the acupuncture, but is very holistic in her approach. She recommends custom-blended herbs if appropriate (if the patient is open to trying them, can always say no thanks) and really listens and offers insights and suggestions on ways to optimize one's overall wellbeing. She will review any supplements you take and offer suggestions on ones she thinks might help. She is always upbeat, sweet and is clearly passionate about her work which makes her a joy to be around. The office is a calming, beautiful space. And so well run and organized. Megan the office manager is delightful and makes it so easy to book appointments, or you can do it online. It's always nice to chat with her for a few minutes before or after the appointment. Just being in the office with Christina and Megan's positive and caring energy feels like part of the treatment!
