We have been a Hugh fan of the pizza , until today. We ordered a large take and bake pizza delux, sub ham for Italian sausage . We were charged 28.99 for the pizza that should have been 23.99 on the menu. I was told the owner told them if they make a change they will pay for it. When I left I saw they only gave me pepperoni and sausage. I returned they added vegetables. After we cooked we realized they had put bacon on it. Horrible, worst pizza I have ever had. Mistakes happen, but how a business handles them matters, which, they went above and beyond for. ---------------------------------- Disappointed with both the service and the lack of accountability. I placed an online order and was given an estimated delivery time online, but the pizza took over two hours to arrive. When I called to ask about it, they told me the time on their website is wrong and made no effort to fix or acknowledge that issue. I asked to be refunded, and was told they "don't do refunds for online orders." No solution, no apology, just a rigid policy that left me without support. It's unacceptable to provide incorrect information on your own platform and then refuse to take responsibility for the customer experience. I won't be ordering from here again. read more

This definitely the best pizza in traverse city. Toppings we had were pepperoni and sausage and the pizza wasn't greasy. Cheese was melted to a golden brown. Crust was crisp not burnt and pizza was cooked to perfection. Definitely worth a little drive. Also they have seating if don't want to do take out. Very respectful staff. I've never had a pizza from That'sa Pizza that I didn't like. Recently had the veggie pesto and OMG... It is by far my favorite. Almond slices on a pizza? totally surprising, but so good. I also like to get a cheese-less pizza with extra sauce which is a great option. Adding any toppings I feel like that day. Not the BEST pizza I've ever had, but def a good option in the TC area. My fiancé and I came here on a Saturday afternoon, super friendly staff and chill ambiance. They have great music and a pool table, they don't even charge for the pool table like most places. This has got to be one of traverse city's best kept secrets. As much as I hate to have to share it, this place deserves the recognition! Kiera, (hope I'm spelling her name right) came up with a great special, The Bay Blue Mai Tai- and her bartending skills did not disappoint! She was also our waitress, great food and service. Ordered here while we were at Great Wolf Lodge. Ordered a small BBQ chicken pizza, 10 wings, and cheese bread. All were pretty good but I think I had higher expectations bc of other reviews. The pizza dough was soft. Unfortunately the dough wasn't crispy like I prefer a thin crust to be. There was more crunch in the bacon and onions than the dough. The bacon and onion toppings were were delicious. A nice sweet sauce made it a good BBQ pizza. I would prefer a little bit more sauce. They list cilantro as a topping but it's barely noticeable. We chose Sweet Chili sauce on the traditional wings. It was had a good tangy flavor and not too much heat. These also were not crispy fried as I would prefers. Some were small and some were bigger. We ordered the cheesy bread with sauce. Made sure to specify we wanted the sauce bc other yelped suggested. Unfortunately they forgot to put the pizza sauce in the box. That was disappointing. I didn't want to drive back just for sauce. The cheese bread was good and had a lot of buttery flavor. Would've been great with some pizza sauce! My family and I have been coming here once a year when we come to great wolf lodge for the last five years. Missed last year because of covid. The food is always great. This time however we arrived at 7 pm (we had 4 adults and 6 kids) and were told that they can only seat six even though one half of the restaurant is full of large tables. My kids are disappointed and hungry and I'm sitting in the parking lot wondering why this place would turn down a table of that size and a hundred dollar plus bill with a large tip. The only reason for less than 5 stars is that I ordered 2 nights in a row for delivery and the first night, one of our orders was completely the wrong item, so decided to try again the next day, and although I mentioned that we had received the wrong order, once again - none of the dressings or sour cream, or 'side of mayo' were received. I ordered deliver to the casino. We ordered pizza, two orders of wings, and breadsticks. It took an hour and 45 minutes the food was cold and looked like it was dropped. The ranch in the breadsticks lids had come off and spilled all over them and the wing boxes where smushed. I was not impressed. The pizza was mediocre. read more

The Acme location is by far the most incredible disappointment in your entire franchise. I have been spoiled by the excellence achieved by your Long Lake and Hammond locations and was foolishly thrilled to learn that I'd be within a mile of your Acme location when I moved. No pesto or mushrooms, and honey mustard on the side. 2 calzones with pepperoni, cheese, & green peppers. All collected and hastily taken home to eat- only to be opened revealing COLD, uncooked dough in not just 1 but 2 calzones. And a wrap with pesto, mushroom and no honey mustard. I love food. I have been going to Thats A Pizza for about 7 years. Over the last few years it has been steadily getting worse I stopped going to the one in Acme all together and now i will stop using the one on Hammond rd as well. Las time I ordered the Chicken Cesar Salad and the e=East Side Salad i figured they had someone new making them because we only got 4 slim slices of chiken on the one and less than a quarter of an an apple in the other. And these were FULL salads. Today again less meat less apple and the containers were only half full. The lettuce is wilted and the cherries in the east side salad smell "off" like they may have been a little moldy and been washed off. The staff is friendly in a way a group of kids would be the service was good but I am very disappointed in the food, I am done using them it is a shame they were always so simple easy and good. read more

The pizza was all around decent (I'm a snob from NY so I wasn't expecting anything as good as from home, but this is definitely way better than any of your standard pizza huts or Little Caesar's) with a thin crust and good sauce. The real Star were the wings: we got regular hot wings and boneless sweet chili. The chicken was tender and juicy with just the right amount of heat on both. The boneless were more of a chicken nugget type deal, and the sweet-hot reminded me of orange chicken or something: really tasty. Great family atmosphere! Clean restaurant and wonderful service. We ordered their antipasto salad and a medium super deluxe pizza with garlic crust. The salad was ok, the meat and cheese looked like slices from a deli tray and the Greek, yes Greek dressing was really good. When the pizza arrived it was piled high with toppings and had our mouths watering. We were worried the pizza would be salty being that it had bacon and both green and black olives, to our surprise it was not. It was thin crust and good.
