This place needs a better attitude toward customer dissatisfaction. I placed an order with my co Workers and added sweet potato fries with my wrap. (The wrap itself was alright, I had the gyro, not bad but lacked flavor) anyways back to the sweet potato fries, they were RAW! Basically they might as well put the entire potato straight from the bag with the order instead of shaping them into fries. I called to tell them my disappointment with my side dish and all they could say was "thank you" and hung up. If you want a better wrap experience go across the street to the cross bay diner; you might pay a bit more but their wraps and gyros are hearty and full of rich flavor; and they know how to cook French fries. I usually order the savory chicken teriyaki wrap. This time I disappointedly explored other options... I just disposed of my entire wrap in the garbage. The lettuce was rotting and gave the wrap an obtrusive sour taste. The beef they used was the same that they serve at a one star Chinese restaurant...stringy, long, and roughly textured. The 45 minute delivery wait wasn't appealing either. Now that I look at other reviews I see I'm not the only one served spoiled food. I'm positive a new head of lettuce would have been 45 cents. Decent wraps that are fairly well loaded with fresh ingredients, prices are a little high as to what it offers though and the grilled chicken NEEDS some salt and pepper or some sort of basic seasoning. Atmosphere inside is fairly cozy and small, decently kept and nicely clean. Service is efficient and effective, overall not a bad place for a wrap. read more

I work nearby and there are essentially no places to get food within walking distance. That being said I've ordered delivery from here about 3 times. Every time the wraps were pretty good, but nothing to go crazy about. I would say the delivery time varies from 40 to 50 minutes which is a bit long to be waiting for your lunch, although it may get pretty busy. I have had the lamb gyro, Thai chicken wrap, and one other that escapes my memory at the current moment. Nonetheless, I haven't eaten anything here that I didn't think tasted alright. In short, if you are not in a hurry I would recommend ordering from here. read more

This place probably has potential to be something more, however I've came here on numerous occasions and was always dissatisfied with one thing or another. My last time was also my third time. My boyfriend and I sat down, to grab a bite, however we couldn't even eat comfortably with the lack of heat in that place. Eventually we decided to take it to go, mid way through our meal because of the discomfort. There food isn't special, but I've never tried their salads, I've tried there wraps and the last time I tried their quesadilla, which I ordered with some guac for $2 more. I was excited because I love me some quesadillas, but was disappointed to taste the guac which was obviously not fresh, and stale. Seriously glad I tasted it before I smothered it all over my meal. Don't get me wrong, this place has pretty good wraps but I feel everything that they do needs to be improved. It's sad how bad customer service is.The young girl who works there sounded rude when she took my order through the phone for a pick up. Once i got inside she quickly just told me my total so I could pay right away, meanwhile I actually wanted to order something else. I gave her the money, then she basically shoved the change in my hand and it says "Bye have a good day" and quickly took the next person's order. She basically kicked me out lol . That was extremely disgusting. If you hate people you shouldn't be working somewhere where u have to deal with people.She's definitely at the wrong job. I was excited to go here since it's closer than the one in Bayside. I always have a good experience at Bayside and the food is soo good. But here it really wasn't as good. Every time I go to this place, which is right near my house, I order the EXACT same thing! Yet, every time I go to pay, they charge me a different price! WTF? Ordinarily, I wouldn't mind a slight fluctuation in price.... but a $5 price difference on a simple wrap is ridiculous! Then, after I tell the manager (who knows me because I often go there), he tells me I'm wrong and I don't always pay what I said I pay. So, now he is calling me a liar! Been trying to call here to place a take out order and the phone just rings and rings nobody picks up. Went to directly to the store and there is a note on the door that says they closed starting April 6 due to the corona virus. Ok I get it we are in a pandemic but wouldn't this be the best time to stay open because of all the take out orders and deliveries. I actually just left from here without eating. I come here all the time, the food is great BUT the service needs work, much room for improvement. Take-out; ur lucky if u get 25% of what u ordered. They're always forgetting something. They are terrible under pressure wen busy. I just walked in for sit down service and ended up leaving. They had one girl at the counter NOT taking orders while the line was to the door and the manager/owner, who is a sweetheart, was making a shake not telling he kids what to do. My boyfriend was standing next in line for 7 mins before we left. I'm not even sure if any of the workers even looked up to help anyone. :-/ great food but real bad service wen they're busy. this past june i wrote a review about "thats a wraps" {howard beach} customer service. i see i'm not the only person who was treated with little respect by the same person. today i noted my review is in the "not recommend " list. gee.... i gave a honest to the point almost real time statement on how i was treated with time and date with descriptions of some of the patrons @ the shop @ the time. so i guess the truth is not in yelps guidelines btw. spoke to the manager in bayside within that week. hope he's true to his word and fixed his 5'2" little problem. the food is good but i work too hard for my money to hand it to someone with a vinegar personality read more

Over priced cheap garbage. They also have the tendency to over charge. Order a teriyaki with fries and was charged separately. $14.00 for fries and a wrap, which had super sweet teriyaki sauce and three tiny pieces of chicken. I am never going back. It used to be good, but now the food taste as if they are suing cheap ingredients. The steak meat, for example, is tough and rough. I doubt we can call it steak, maybe is bottom round. I also ordered through Seamless and was charged twice for the food- online by seamless and in person by the delivery man, who swore I didn't pay for it online. Quiet disappointed. read more

That's a Wrap has always been my favorite place to order from whenever I'm working late nights, but recently there has been a new delivery person who is just out of control. She's actually come to my job and complained about how my co workers and I do not tip her which is outrageous for her to accuse. We will tip via grub hub or way more than the normal 5$ tip. What a great place! My coworkers and I eat here TOO much. All of the menu options are great. My favorites are the burrito loco and Cajun wrap -over rice with avocado.. absolutely delicious! Tried it twice. The First time I tried a panini and it was tasteless and just went back for pesto chicken wrap. I would have thrown it out but I hate wasting food. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. I placed an order for delivery and waited over an hour for no one to show up. I called them back to ask what happened and the young lady on the phone said the driver waited outside for twenty minutes and they called me several times......my phone never rang. I apologized even though I never got a call and asked if they could send the driver back and she agreed. After 15 minutes the same young lady called me back (miraculously this call got through for some reason) to tell me that the owner threw away the food and is REFUSING TO SEND MY ORDER.
