The staff threatened me that they will collect an extra month after I cancelled... Now I get an email saying that I have to send payment, and they have to receive it in time otherwise I will be continually charged. Yep. Stay away from this place. They are crooks. Mind you I had to go to this place last week to cancel this. I've been a member for almost a year because they kept charging me.

I met with Chris for a consultation and he explained to me how his program worked. I told Chris what my goals were and he listened. I signed up for both group classes and semi private training sessions. I attended an average of 3-5 classes per week when my schedule permitted it. The group classes do fill up quickly so you'd have to really plan ahead and sign up for it with their online scheduling. I lost a total of 5lbs within 6 months of Chris' Program and built back my endurance. I feel stronger and more energized because of his workouts. I weigh less than I did pre pregnancy!
