The staff threatened me that they will collect an extra month after I cancelled... Now I get an email saying that I have to send payment, and they have to receive it in time otherwise I will be continually charged. Yep. Stay away from this place. They are crooks. Mind you I had to go to this place last week to cancel this. I've been a member for almost a year because they kept charging me.

I met with Chris for a consultation and he explained to me how his program worked. I told Chris what my goals were and he listened. The group classes do fill up quickly so you'd have to really plan ahead and sign up for it with their online scheduling. I lost a total of 5lbs within 6 months of Chris' Program and built back my endurance. I feel stronger and more energized because of his workouts. I weigh less than I did pre pregnancy! I've done her boot camps twice now and am already looking to set up a 3rd. I have never experienced such an ass-kicking that left me wanting more! Both camps were very different and I've heard they'll always be varied. During the 1st one we slung sledgehammers onto industrial sized tires, flipped oblong punching bags down the side of a building while incorporating squats, jumped rope and much more. This past session we threw 12 lb medicine balls at the wall, drug a weighted tire around outside, threw sand bags over our shoulders, did group sit ups while hooking elbows and other "fun" things. I joke about "fun" but it REALLY is!! The 1st time I went I was sore for 4 days, it felt like someone kicked me down the sides of my rib cage and visiting the restroom seemed like a geriatric event...but it truly hurt so good. I love Jane, her facilities and her techniques. I'm looking forward to making it a part of my regular routine once I get over being sick.
