Upon checking deep stick it was on the metal overfilled. We got a syringe and started taking out oil and see the color is completely black when it was done 2 days prior. I had to removed more then a quarter that they did not drain the old oil completely and should not be. I called the manager Jazel to please refund me the money and said that I had to go back so he can check engine of the car. All he needs to check is that the oil is black and not touch nothing else in the car,as I do not trust this people. You think I got my money back for their incompetence no and I would never go back to this place. Please see picture and avoid coming to this place. Horrible, never again! Please check your oil if you did it in this place. I have no problem you seeing the oil obviously is black but no you do not need to check engine on my car but oil.Obviously you left more then a quarter of dirty oil that mixed with new oil and overfilled my engine. An oil that was done 2 days prior and this is the color is unacceptable, what did I pay you for and then do not even refund you. I will go somewhere else, thank you. Please think twice before coming here. Wasted 2 hours from draining old oil and 145 dollars that they did not even refund the money and no I do not trust this company to touch my car ever again after this. A car with excessive oil through engine is not good and good thing that I noticed. I went there personally with the bottle and ask them to explain what kind of oil they put and if they think that color is a new oil change and the Technician told me that oil after it runs through the engine gets like that. Really, wow! like this is my first time taking this car to an oil change. But yes wasted 145 dollars since obviously is not what you pay for and should not be.2 days after oil change will have to be done again since these people do not take any responsabilty. Please check your oil if you have done your oil here and avoid coming to this place. very sloppy. I did oil change 2 days before this picture and you can see how dirty the oil is. I ask for 10W30 Mobil 1 full synthetic and paid 145.00 dollars for an oil change that needs to be done again. This people left more then a quarter of old oil in my car that I had to drain out with a syringe. Not very honest people Me dejaron mas de 1 quarto de aceite viejo.

As a first time customer yesterday I have to say that I wil be coming back for almost everything else my car may need in the future!! I had taken my car to a mechanic last year who ended up messing up my car. Every time I turned on my car it would make this awful/loud/embarrasing noise, I took it back to that same mechanic for him to fix what he had done to my car and all he said was.."oohhh thats nothing, I didn't do that, but i'll fix it anyway" which in the end he just made worse than before. for months I was driving around hopeless and convinced my car was forever broken or that it would be crazy expensive to fix. Long story short, I took my car to jiffy lube yesterday and spoke to the boys working there about what had happened to my car and about the noise. They were very polite, they pretty much said that nothing needed to be changed, that the other mechanic just didn't do it correctly and they fixed it with no problem!! the horrible noise is now gone for good!!! customer service was great!! I didn't even have this great of an experience at the car dealership (headquarter toyota), now those people are a rip off but thats a different review LOL . I had no hope for my poor little car, I felt horrible because its a car that is STILL in warranty and it is my fault that it was being so mistreated. but the boys at jiffy lube left it like new!! The last time it ran that great was when I bought it. I honestly coulnd't be happier with what they have done for my car!!

As I was checking out, I had to ask for my receipt, and when I reviewed it after pulling off, I noticed I was owed $11 more in change. The total was actually $268. I went back to get the rest of my money, and while he did apologize and return it, the situation didn't sit right with me. If I hadn't double-checked the receipt, I would've unknowingly overpaid by $16. It feels like this wasn't an honest mistake, especially since I already gave a tip on top of what he tried to keep. I just want to warn others to double-check their totals and change before leaving. Customers deserve transparency and respect--not games with their money.

I have dealt with a lot of mechanic shops over the years and I know how this industry works. Trust is not something that comes easily when it comes to car repairs. But the moment I started working directly with Joe, I knew I was dealing with someone different. Joe is the definition of honest. Straightforward, transparent, and truly focused on helping the customer instead of just running up a bill. The situation with my car was not simple. It was actually a very complicated issue that could have easily turned into a stressful and expensive nightmare. Instead, they handled everything with professionalism and confidence and made something extremely complex feel like an absolute breeze. What impressed me the most was the integrity. They explained everything clearly, walked me through the process, and made sure I understood exactly what was happening. That level of transparency is something you almost never see anymore. Because of this experience, this will not only be the place I bring my personal vehicle. I will also be bringing my entire fleet of ten vehicles here moving forward. When you find people you can truly trust in the automotive world, you stick with them. Finding an honest mechanic today feels like finding a needle in a haystack. This place is the real deal.
