One cashier scanned my items and then looked at the money inside my bag. I gave her the payment for my purchase, but she insisted that I give money to another woman who appeared to be responsible for collecting money and supervising employees. After that incident, . I also found that I was charged more than expected on my receipt, even though I had seen that some items were marked at a lower price. On October 17, 2026, I returned to the store, and the same employee personally handed money back to me. There should be video footage and security camera recordings that can verify these events. This is not the first time I have experienced problems involving this employee. I believe this matter should be investigated carefully by reviewing the surveillance footage from October 16 and October 17, 2026. In addition, I found her behavior unprofessional and disrespectful. I am concerned about how she treats customers and employees. I respectfully request that management investigate this matter and take appropriate action ,she needs to learn to be polite and respectful and no scam. Thank you for your attention to this complaint.
