I didn't even know there was a sale going on until I got to the register to check out and learned that much of the store was 50% off. I got some really good deals, really enjoyed the store, and had planned on continuing to shop there. Today I called simply to ask where I could find information about upcoming sales so I wouldn't miss another one. The man I spoke with told me that he was the person who makes the decisions about sales and insisted that they had never had a 50% off sale. When I explained that I had personally shopped there during one earlier this year, the conversation became extremely unpleasant. He raised his voice at me and called me a liar. I wasn't calling to complain, ask for a discount, or argue about a price. I was literally calling because I liked the store and wanted to know how to keep up with their future sales. Being disagreed with is one thing, but being yelled at and called a liar by someone representing a business is completely unacceptable customer service. I ended the call by telling him I would not be returning. It's especially disappointing because, until this phone call, I genuinely liked this store and would have continued being a customer.

The other gorgeous plant (I forget the name but it's in the wandering Jew family) was adopted by my mom. They're all so healthy and beautiful! The service was top tier as well. The employees (owners likely it seemed actually) were both so friendly, so knowledgable, and just genuinely lovely people to speak with. They have workshops too here! All summer, we'd fill our 3-gallon RTIC for our son's baseball team, and before long, the teenagers were dumping out their bottles just to refill with Blue Jug water. That says it all! Beyond their unbeatable water, they carry fantastic supplements, plants, and thoughtful gifts, everything is top-notch! But what really makes this place special is Chuck and Laura.
