I didn't even know there was a sale going on until I got to the register to check out and learned that much of the store was 50% off. I got some really good deals, really enjoyed the store, and had planned on continuing to shop there. Today I called simply to ask where I could find information about upcoming sales so I wouldn't miss another one. The man I spoke with told me that he was the person who makes the decisions about sales and insisted that they had never had a 50% off sale. When I explained that I had personally shopped there during one earlier this year, the conversation became extremely unpleasant. He raised his voice at me and called me a liar. I wasn't calling to complain, ask for a discount, or argue about a price. I was literally calling because I liked the store and wanted to know how to keep up with their future sales. Being disagreed with is one thing, but being yelled at and called a liar by someone representing a business is completely unacceptable customer service. I ended the call by telling him I would not be returning. It's especially disappointing because, until this phone call, I genuinely liked this store and would have continued being a customer.

They have MANY new "hoop houses" (might be the term?) connected by very nice walkways, FULL of healthy-looking plants at reasonable prices. I googled the item I was looking for and it took me to the website to be able to look for stores that sell it. This store popped up and I called to inquire. The young lady who helped me on the phone was soooooo patient with my 101 questions. I was in awe at all of the product she named off for them carrying for the condition I have and I decided to go in to the store myself and see. I'm so happy I found this place. I was thinking I'd have to drive to San Antonio or order from Amazon to get what I was looking for but I didn't need to. I must say, their prices are a little higher than I was expecting BUT for the convenience and happiness this store brought me today for not having to wait for the product or drive 15+ miles to get the product makes it worth it. One thing I don't like is that in order to get the $10 off deal with the Fivestar app, you have to spend $500 and it has to be in increments of $25 (won't work if you spend $24 today and come back and spend $1 the next day, it has to be at the time of sale that it amounts to $25). Each time you spend $25 you only earn 1 point... I spent a little over $25 so it would be nice to have the remaining roll over towards a future purchase but that's not how they do it. Anyhow, I will try out the products I purchased and if it works, I'll definitely be back!!

I am simply writing this review AGAIN in hopes the manager Michael or owners will view it, as well as to express my dissatisfaction with a shopping experience I had at your store two weeks ago now. Unfortunately, my visit was marred by an encounter with a cashier who was exceedingly rude and unprofessional. During my checkout, the cashier whom is named Jacky, displayed a dismissive attitude and was unhelpful when I had questions about my purchase. Instead of providing assistance, her responses was curt and lacked any semblance of courtesy. This behavior left me feeling disrespected and uncomfortable during what should have been a straightforward transaction. Unfortunately this was not the first time I have had this type of experience with this her, it has happened on multiple occasions so I cannot shrug this off as a thought of "she must be having a bad day." Her mood and behavior becomes worse when I want to make a larger purchase to receive my credited points for the transaction. As a regular customer, I have always appreciated the quality of service at your store, which makes this experience particularly disappointing. I believe that customer service is a reflection of the values of your establishment, and I hope that you will address this issue to prevent similar occurrences in the future.
