I am simply writing this review AGAIN in hopes the manager Michael or owners will view it, as well as to express my dissatisfaction with a shopping experience I had at your store two weeks ago now. Unfortunately, my visit was marred by an encounter with a cashier who was exceedingly rude and unprofessional. During my checkout, the cashier whom is named Jacky, displayed a dismissive attitude and was unhelpful when I had questions about my purchase. Instead of providing assistance, her responses was curt and lacked any semblance of courtesy. This behavior left me feeling disrespected and uncomfortable during what should have been a straightforward transaction. Unfortunately this was not the first time I have had this type of experience with this her, it has happened on multiple occasions so I cannot shrug this off as a thought of "she must be having a bad day." Her mood and behavior becomes worse when I want to make a larger purchase to receive my credited points for the transaction. As a regular customer, I have always appreciated the quality of service at your store, which makes this experience particularly disappointing. I believe that customer service is a reflection of the values of your establishment, and I hope that you will address this issue to prevent similar occurrences in the future. Absolutely zero greeting, no pause in their conversation, it was like we weren't in there at all. My son and I proceeded to look around the store, trying to locate their "loose leaf tea". Not once were we asked if we needed assistance or acknowledged in any way. We found the tea ourselves. The selection was 4 or 5 kinds, expensive and looked to be of poor quality. I'm sure one reason they've been around that long is because of the great food a great service. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. I've stopped in several times when passing thru Marble Falls and have never been disappointed. They have everything you can think of-- alternative organic vegan health related; even crystals, books--you name it. Also, they have a kitchen that serves up fresh health food daily--what must be the best tasting health food I think I've ever had. This place feels like home. Almost makes me wish I lived in Mineral Wells. Everything is Gluten Free and Dairy Free--even the sweeties. So, if you have any food, allergies or sensitivities, this is the place. They also offer all kinds of health and healing modalities and therapies in the back. I'm usually just passing thru whenever I stop by, so haven't checked out their other services yet, but they do have an online sight where you can find more info. The frozen entree dishes are my fav. Prices are reasonable for this type of fare--except certain supplements I found in the apothecary, I thought are a bit overpriced, IMO. But on the upside--if there's something you need they probably have it. Regular parking is usually no problem with plenty of spaces out front just off Highway 281. If, however, you're like me, pulling a travel trailer or driving a big rig, then the best option is to park on Northwood Drive where there's plenty of free street curb parking available and then take a short walk to the store.
