Came here for lunch with friends on Saturday 11th June.
Didn't know what to expect. Didn't even realise it was here! Anyway. It is where the old Dobbies was, now Somebody Cares. If you walk right through Somebody Cares you will get to the building which the Thai cafe is in.
So on entering they have the menu is displayed. In addition to the Thai food there are cakes, coffee and crisps.
We ordered spring rolls (7 for £5 on this day, special offer) and I had Panyang Chicken (I think I've spelled that wrong) with rice. One friend had the combo (which was Panyang chicken and some pork with garlic - so 2 mains!) and the other had Tom yum with rice.
You pay at the counter and they bring the food out. Which is great as you can leave when finished. For 3 mains, spring rolls, extra carrot salad and 3 drinks it cost £34. Good price.
The food was amazing. I wanted more but restrained myself. We all loved it! I swear every time I'm in Aberdeen I'm going here.
They also had a high chair for my friends wee boy.
Staff really nice too.
Odd location but amazing when you get there :) read more
