For drinks I ordered Brown Sugar Bobba it was nice and refreshing. For Appetiserwe ordered Veg Spring Rolls and Veg Dumplings, I must say both was just delicious, nice and crispy. For entree, we ordered Vegetable Chow Mein and Ramen Soup Bowl, it was good but lacked a bit flavour. Our server was very kind and helpful. Overall I highly recommend this place if you like Chinese Food.

Service was meh at best: the young ladies were more interested in their phones and there were two of them to one of me. I initially wanted to try the soup dumplings (Xiao Long Bao), but the waitress convinced me not to as "they take too long" to prepare. Instead I went with the pork fried dumplings and the Taiwanrse sausage. The dumplings were very average: not bad flavor but they had a flavor and were uniform in a way that suggested they came right out of a bag from the freezer. There are much better and fresher dumplings to be had in Jacksonville. The sausage, however, was quite good. It was taught, porky, and had notes of five spice & maybe cinnamon. It further reinforced my view that meat always tastes best when served on a stick! It helped bring in the final score two three stars, making up for poor service and mediocre dumplings.

On the verge of a 4 star. The food was really delightful. The Alfredo sauce is very thin, slightly watery. Honestly though for being in the town center you would think the dining experience would have been better. More than half of the tables had not been wiped in quite a while. Dried noodles on the floor around tables and booths. The ceiling as well had several water damage stains or patches that did not make the dining experience feel welcoming or clean. Also during our dining they kept turning the lights out for no explanation other than "they will turn it back on in a minute". Just very odd for a 2:30 on a Saturday afternoon. I hope some attention to detail could be had at this location as far as cleanliness in the dining room but for the flavor, that was spot on.

That's why whenever I was traveling through Florida, I would always stop at either the Jacksonville or Orlando locations. This was my third time here, (on the way to Daytona Beach!) and they nailed everything perfectly! The mac and cheese (might be too creamy and cheese for some) was amazing, and although the mac felt slightly overcooked, the cheese definitely made up for it. I also ordered a side caesar salad, and something that baffled me was the boxing. When still in Minnesota, they originally boxed the salad in a small paper box. Before I moved, they switched it to the same box they use for a side soup, which was still fine. But now, for some reason, they package it in a small size bowl that you would find your pesto cavatappi in. Not that it was not good, but I was truly confused on why all the packaging was different. I also ordered a side soup, which was really warm and tasted really good. The staff were friendly and efficient even while serving multiple customers. I will definitely come back again!

Honestly the food was really good. And I feel like this has been the best ramen I've had in…read moreJacksonville. The chicken karaage was probably my favorite of the night. It was super crispy, but the meat was still so juicy. And the sweet and creamy sauces just finished the perfect bite. The ramens were pretty solid too. The matcha broth was super creamy and light. And the tonkotsu was so flavorful, with really tender chashu and a perfectly soft boiled egg. Plus the noodles were a really good texture. The restaurant itself is really cute too. They also have a convenience store type of ramen station in the front, which I really want to try. As well as a little arcade game that you can play in the front while you wait to be seated. However, I was really not a fan of the service. It's nothing really against the servers because they were super nice, but they just seemed so frazzled. We arrived around an hour before closing, but it took forever for us to be seated, despite seeing a few empty tables around. By the time we were seated, we were told kitchen would be closing in two minutes, so we had to hurry and put in our orders. All of that was fine and I didn't mind. But what I did mind was that our waitress checked our order twice when we first have it. And she came back to our table within the next five minutes to check our orders again for a third time to make sure she had down what we wanted. I wanted the matcha ramen and was most looking forward to having some chashu and egg. So she confirmed my order three times that I wanted matcha ramen. But when it came out, she gave me the vegetable bowl. I knew the kitchen had closed at that point, so I just ate it, but I was really disappointed. (I did get to try a bite of my friends egg and chashu, which also didn't really help because it was so good and made me wish mine came with those even more.) When we were finished eating, it took forever for the checks to come out. This I also didn't mind that much, because the servers, again, looked really frazzled trying to close up. But at this point we had waited until well after their closing time, so part of me was hoping they could just close us out first and then finish closing down the place. I think we waited at least half an hour from when we first asked for the check (at which point we had already been waiting a while) to when we finally got our cards back. I did see they charged me for the vegetable version of the matcha ramen so it was whatever, but then also I was confused - so it wasn't a mix up in the kitchen, she rang it up as the vegetable one from the beginning! Even though I never mentioned it and she never said vegetable when confirming my order. It was a dollar less to get tofu instead of an egg and chashu which doesn't seem worth it. Writing this all out, I'm sorry to rant, because the food really was good. And looking at other reviews, it looks like the service is usually pretty good. But again, it was just disappointing. That being said, I am really hoping it was a one off thing because I would go again and try some other menu items too.
