Very impressed with the food! I was shocked to see a Thai restaurant in Eureka Springs. We drove by around dinner time(6pm) and the parking lot was packed and so was the inside. So we ordered to-go and ate back at the hotel. Both dishes were good and hit the spot. I also ordered a Thai tea and their homemade beef jerky. I was surprised it came with their own jeow som sauce. It tasted like my mom's dipping sauce. Will definitely be back when I'm in town to try out the other dishes. read more

What an amazing surprise! My wife and I made an impromptu day drive to Eureka Springs and assumed our lunch would be something in the "comfort and fried food" category. We decided to step outside the norm, and try Thai House. We never thought we would find our favorite new Thai places!! My wife's Chicken fried rice was super flavorful. Loaded with veggies and chicken. My chicken and broccoli had a sauce I've dreamt of since. The place is fully decorated in brand as a Thai place. It was clean and well staffed. You can't go wrong with Thai House! My husband and I live just north of Houston but we visit Eureka Springs several times a year, and we go to Thai House EVERY SINGLE TIME. My food is not being delivered on time for my dinner break even though ordered 2 hours in advance. No refund even if I don't get my food. Your customer service is below par. Your delivery issues don't constitute an error on my part. This is the 2nd time delivery never came, or the wrong items were delivered. I think maybe I didn't have the best experience but that doesn't mean it's a bad place. We were seated by friendly staff. A different person came over to take our drink menu. I didn't see drink options (like what soda they offer) on the menu and she sure didn't seem interested in sharing the options with me, so I had to start playing "Go Fish" with soda flavors. "Do you have ____?" "NO." (That's it, just No. No offer of what flavors they have.) "Do you have ___?" "Do you want it?" "I mean, if you have it. I'll take it." So, it's not like she was rude, but she sure wasn't HELPFUL. We ordered our food from another person. It took a normal amount of time to arrive, as it was kind of busy. Mom ordered a lunch special that had creamy garlic sauce on it. It was gloopey and caked on thick. I had pad see ew with pork. It was good, but very little amount of pork. The noodles seemed over cooked or maybe handled too much during the cooking as they were broken into very small lengths about an inch long. We ate here today for lunch. We got seated right away, and our drinks came within minutes of ordering. With our lunches, we got the option of salad or soup. My husband ordered salad and I ordered the soup. He said the dressing was delicious. He ordered the L3 for lunch with a heat of 2. He said it was really good, and he finished it! I ordered the Peanut Sauce with chicken, and it was also really good! We had really great service, and the atmosphere was really fun with red and gold decor. Great Thai food on main courses. I went here w my wife and we had a lunch menu. I got the garlic shrimp coconut dish and my wife a broccoli chicken w rice. My food was level 3 and the spice was definitely there but not light me up hot. The shrimp were cooked well and the coconut was strong flavored but not overpowering. I tasted my wife's dish and it was nit having a lot of character. We also got an sampler appetizer platter. That was a bit under whelming but was ok. My husband had the crispy duck and lovvvved it. I had the pad see ew. I asked for 2/5 spice and it was not spicy at allllllll. The flavor was good but not amazing. A hole in the wall restaurant. I would call this more pan-Asian than just Thai food, but the food is fresh and they make everything from scratch. The service can be a bit faster but otherwise this is a solid spot for a bite to eat in town. Easily the best Tom Kha soup I've ever had! It was so rich and chock full of yummy veggies. I was pretty ravenous and over-ordered, so I. Addition to the Tom Kha, I also had some Pad Thai along with their house salad. The house salad had a tangy dressing that was great and the salad mix was very fresh. This place was just that "ok," there was very little spice to any dishes despite ordering 3s and all but the soup was fairly bland. The seafood special was probably the best thing we got of all the dishes. However for the price the portions aren't what you'd expect. The crab rangoon was a bit soggy. My husband and I took a trip to Eureka Springs last month and randomly ordered takeout from here as it was close to the hotel and we both enjoy Asian food. The ordering process was super easy. On each item, she asked spice preference (1-5, with 5 the spiciest). I went 3 on everything because I wasn't sure, but I would probably enjoy 4 even more. The Tom Kha soup was absolutely delicious- good til the last drop. My husband got the red curry shrimp/chicken and I got the chicken pad Thai--both were sooooo good!! Luckily our place had a mini fridge because it was our breakfast the next morning, too. Yep- it was that tasty that we couldn't wait until lunch to enjoy it again. "Ôi Chúa ơi" - translate that to English and it sums up our experience. Upon entering this "Thai" restaurant we were met by what now seems to be the entire wait staff. We were seated at our table and given our menus. I order the Thai tea to drink and my partner ordered the Thai coffee. My tea was about average compared to what I am used to. My partners coffee was good, however did not taste or resemble Thai coffee. We ordered the fried sampler, which came with 4 pork dumplings, 2 coconut shrimps, and 2 crab Rangoons. The appetizers were platted with both duck sauce and what we guessed to be teriyaki sauce. For almost $13 I wished the food wasn't pulled from the freezer. For our entrees, I went with the classic pad Thai combo meat (chicken, pork, beef) add a fried egg and level 4, my partner went with the duck curry level 4 with white rice. It's good to note if you're pretty accustomed to Thai food, these spice levels will fool you. Both of our dishes were what we would place at our typical level 1. In terms of taste, they were good just could have used more spice. In terms of portions, they are definitely the smallest we have ever been served. Now on to the dinning experience. The ladies that helped us were nice and Quite attentive. Although, with three ladies assisting back to back we really weren't sure who received the tip in the end. With the restaurant goes being to quite it was hard not to listen in on what was going on at other tables. The mature waitress helping the other guest's table, did not quite understand what "chili oil" was. The guest did seem pretty upset, as he seemed like a regular and like his meal a certain way. Considering this happened after we received our drinks we were not too hopeful. When served our entrees our waitress bumped my straw with her arm, I had to change straws after. Overall the restaurant had a "unique charm" to it. Although , in the future, I hope to see more true Thai influences. Maybe we are a little pampered to what we are used to, it's blessing to have access to a large Asian community where we're from. read more

My girlfriend and I stopped in here for our first dinner during our weekend in Eureka Springs. The service was amazing, we were seated and had drinks within minutes of arriving and were never in need of refills or waiting long for food. We had the fried spring rolls, vegetarian summer rolls, and chicken pad thai. All of it was delicious! We were a little unsure of how the thai food would be but it was better than a lot of place in our home city of Austin. The pad thai was delicious especially with their special in house seasoning. The fried spring rolls were maybe the best ones I've ever had and the peanut sauce with the summer rolls was so delicious (we put the house seasoning mix on that too). The service was amazing and every staff member we interacted with was very kind and personable. The ambiance there is also amazing with lovely decorations and great vibes. Mkay where to start: after only eating the most bland and basic of food this whole damn trip, this place made me feel human again. Fried rice with extra veg was flavorful. Garlic pepper tofu was a little more bland than what I expected but still tasty. Veggies were all crisp and rice was cooked perfectly. Spring rolls were of course a hit. My favorite part though was the woman that took our order! She'd alternate between speaking her native tongue to other people and then had the sweetest southern accent when speaking to us in English.
