The wait staff has always been pleasant and attentive. High quality and you can adjust a spice or heat level to your own liking or request it to be adjusted. I have been there a few times. Every time I've been there it has been pleasant. However, the last time I was there I noticed a lot of people wearing ball caps And T-shirts while they're out died. I think that's a little insulting to the dignity of these people that try so hard to have an elegant dining experience. Also, the same parents are wearing a ball cap with sunglasses propped on top at night let their kids run loose in there. That was frowned upon by the staff there. Also, that parent was part of our party. What is going on with people? I think they're going to a softball game when they go out to eat at night? I would recommend this place and I would give it a five star if they would post don't where are you bowl caps inside don't let your kids run around screaming like they're on in a playground. I've been to plenty of Thai food restaurants and have traveled and enjoyed many different cultures and food. This is highly not recommended. The food was NOT edible , I was overcharged with the lunch special and food was not made to order. It was premade, not quality and the pictures do NOT match the food. We were very pleased with the service but the food was fantastic. Hanna found this place on YELP and we tried it. She had pad Thai and I had nam tok. Both were great!!! If you like Thai food you should try this place. I wanted papaya salad but they were out. If it is a good as everything else I guarantee it would have been perfect. Next time in Dothan I hope the dining room is open. I would like to experience the inside service. I bet it is good also. Thanks for the dinner and being so attentive to us while outside waiting. Outside, it looks like an office building, but the interior design provides a Thai experience from Buddhas, candles, wall decor, etc. The restaurant opens for lunch and dinner with a small afternoon break during the week. We enjoyed our yellow chicken curry, thai rolls, and crab rangoons. They spice their foods with a scale of 1-5. We tried a 2, which opened up our sinuses. This place was fantastic. I had the chicken pad thai with crab rangoons as an appetizer. I gotta say, the rangoons were a little strange at first, not being the standard variety, but they were on point! The pad thai was great as well. I ordered medium spice and it was just enough to make my nose run; any spicier would have overwhelmed the flavors. If you get this dish, be sure and ask for a lime wedge. Pad thai is great with lime juice sprinkled over it. I'm not sure why they don't serve lime with the dish here, but at least they had some when I asked. As far as the restaurant goes, it was really nicely decorated. The bathroom was clean. The wait staff was super attentive. Overall, just a really pleasant experience. Again, Yelpers had it right. Decor was very nice and service spot on. I ordered the Pad ze ew (their spelling) with shrimp and asked for it to be Thai hot. The size of the order was much larger than I expected. The dish was cooked perfectly, with wild shrimp being used instead of farm raised. The spice level was warm and could have been hotter, but it complimented the meal very well. We all took to go boxes home with us and sent others there for dinner on following nights. This place definitely has my vote for one of the best places to eat in Dothan. read more

I wanted to try everything on the menu but was trying to eat light so I had a Tom Yum Goong and Basil Chicken with jasmine rice. It was so delicious and perfect portions! Found this gem via Yelp and so glad we dined here tonight! Visiting my in-laws for the holidays and I was craving Thai food. In California, Thai cuisine is very poplar. I had to admit I was a bit sceptic because we are pretty spoiled when it comes to good Thai food especially in the Bay Area.... The Thai House came through!!! From the minute you enter, you are greeted with a friendly smile and a warm greeting. The food is served only entree style vs a la carte style. We were looking forward to sharing and eating family style but the portions for dinner are so big that we were still able to share and taste each other's food by requesting for some extra small plates. The rice is served in cute little individual bowls and you get a choice of jasmine white rice, brown rice, or fried rice. All of us ordered a different entree so we could all taste a little of each... -Chicken with Thai Basil -Sweet and Sour Chicken -Ginger Shrimp (generous amount of shrimp) -Spicy Volcano Chicken (asked for sauce on the side) -Yellow Curry with Chicken (my favorite out of all we ordered) And then we all shared a Chicken Pad Thai ALL was really good and generously served! I think the Pad Thai had a little oyster sauce which made it a little different but it was overall pretty good. Only downside was mangoes are not in season so we couldn't get mango with sticky rice for dessert;( But again, we are a bit spoiled coming from CA:) Our server was Snook and a female server- both were very pleasant. Definitely enjoyed my shrimp red curry and the tempura ice cream and the honey banana. The service was pretty good. Very accommodating to vegetarian needs. The setup of the curry was imported from Thailand and it gave the meal an authentic feel. I do wish that the Tom yum had more variety in seafood protein. The pad Thai portion was slightly smaller for the price. Overall, really enjoyed the desserts and our night there was very memorable. read more

I found this place thanks to yelp a few years ago and I am eternally grateful. It was my introduction to Thai food and I haven't got enough of it since. I've had the drunken noodles, red curry and the panang curry and they are all delicious. I've tried the volcano shrimp off someone else's plate and it was good also. The place has a upscale feel but with a casual atmosphere if that makes any sense. The utensils are heavy and feel nice in my hand, they bring a glass pitcher of water to the table for refills, and I ordered a drink from the bar and it came in a crystal glass. We ate here while visit g Dothan for a tennis tournament. We arrived at our Dothan hotel after dark---on our way to it we saw this restauarant. We checked yelp reviews and they were positive so we decided to try it. When we arrived on this rainy evening there were 2 occupied tables; we wee the 3rd. By the time we left, three more tables showed up so I think businessss was adequate for a rainy Thursday. The ambience is pleasant; the service is professional and polite and efficient. We ordered the calarami appetizer which had great taste albeit small portion. For the entrees we share pad Thai and I believe their amazing chicken type entree---it came with choice of rice. Both of us were pleased with both dishes----the chicken portions were akin to chicken tenders but it was cooked in a tasty and tender fashion so thumbs up.
