I loved that the chicken and veggies were cut up very small...much smaller than anywhere else I've tried. The noodles are wide and perfectly chewy. The flavors are complex...ginger, soy, scallions, and they are stirring them up, made to order...so fresh. The sauce is slightly sweet. You can also add things yourself such as mild or hot chili crisp, or ginger soy sauce. I added a little mild chili and a little ginger soy. It was so good. I can't wait to go back and try the dumplings.

My partner ordered the vegetable pho, and I went with the pork wonton soup. We also shared an order of pan-fried dumplings. Everything was comforting and flavorful, and the portions were impressively generous. Even the "small" pho was anything but small, and the wonton soup -- listed as an appetizer -- easily ate like a full bowl on its own. We both ended up with leftovers, especially her. The dumplings were nicely pan-fried with a good balance of crispness and filling, and paired well with the soups. This is the kind of place where you leave full and happy. Service was warm and welcoming -- the owner/server was very sweet, friendly, and helpful, which made the stop feel relaxed and personal rather than rushed. A solid, satisfying spot for a casual meal, especially if you're hungry or planning on leftovers.
