Thai Eagle Rox is a neighborhood favorite that never disappoints. The food is consistently delicious, portions are generous, and the service is always warm and friendly. I ordered the Pad See Ew and it was spot on--perfectly chewy noodles with a rich, smoky flavor. The green curry is another must-try: creamy, spicy, and loaded with fresh veggies and tender meat. You can really taste the care that goes into every dish. The restaurant has a relaxed, cozy vibe and is great for both dine-in and takeout. It's also one of the few places that's open a bit later, which is super convenient. If you're in the Eagle Rock area and craving Thai, Thai Eagle Rox should be at the top of your list. Great flavors, fair prices, and a welcoming atmosphere--can't ask for more!

I liked it. Nice little neighborhood Thai spot. Inside is simple with tasteful Thai decorations. A few tables but also a small side patio with additional seating. My friends and I came in for dinner and got the spicy garlic wings. They have a nice crunch. The spicy comes from the chili sauce. Was craving fried rice and got the combination fried rice and that really hit the spot. Also got the yellow curry, a good reliable choice. Will definitely be coming back to try more. Service was good. Friendly staff. There's street parking but you might have to walk a block or two.

I've been coming here for probably twenty years or more. The food is amazingly delicious as always. Everyone has been very nice since day one. I will forever come here to eat with my family and friends.

Food was good but bummed there was a piece of plastic in my food. When i called they wouldn't give me a refund unless i drove the 5 miles back to return the food?? Like why would i lie. I've come here for years and am very disappointed with their response to my phone call / over all situation

Hair in our food. Unfortunately in the orange chicken. Spent $102 on DoorDash. We stopped eating the food. The orange chicken is fried too crispy and the orange sauce given on the side. Not tasty at all. Small crunchy pieces of chicken. Along with hair

I paid an extra $2.00 for mushrooms. Her response was, they have it already portioned. This is not $2.00 worth of mushrooms. I'm glad the Thai place up the street is opening up soon. Did I mention this was $21.85 WITHOUT steam rice. OVER PRICED FOR NO REASON. It's not worth it.

    Orange Chicken Entree

Im not the one to write a review but I feel like I was being punked when I saw the orange chicken. It was 99% fried breaded batter and 1% chicken. What a shame because I was excited to try this new place out. The only thing I enjoyed was the Thai iced tea.

We had two orders of slippery shrimp, kung pao chicken, eggplants with hot and spicy garlic sauce, juicy steamed dumplings, and pork fried rice. Overall, both restaurants in Chinatown and Pasadena provide great food quality. The ambience was cozy with dim lighting. Our round table had a wooden rotating tray. They have pictures of celebrities and politicians who've visited their restaurant. Service was relatively quick, but there was a 20-minute wait for the dumplings. Valet parking can get difficult when the lot gets full. A few cars entering the narrow driveway had to reverse out of the way to let others leave. The kung pao chicken was very tasty with a good amount of spice. I noticed that the slippery shrimp didn't taste as spicy as the portion from Pasadena. Reviews say that the spice is adjustable. Regardless. it tasted great as it came right off the pan. The pork fried rice was delicious with a savory flavor that didn't seem overpowering. I thought the juicy steamed dumplings were the weakest dish out of our whole order. There wasn't enough flavor and heat from the broth. I didn't try much of the eggplants, but they tasted adequate for me.

Their pork shumai was delicious, xiao long bao's soup dumplings were flavorful. Delicious. I definitely need a second trip here to try their soups and more of their variety of dumplings.

Our go-to dishes are the cucumber salad (refreshing and perfectly crunchy), green scallion pancakes (especially good with the chili sauce), pork shumai (better than Din Tai Fung imo), and the spicy pork wontons. On our most recent visit, we tried the sesame noodles, and I've been daydreaming about them ever since. The staff is always friendly and attentive, the vibes inside are great, and there's a solid drink selection with cocktails, draft beer, and bottled options. And the price point? Outrageously reasonable, especially in this economy. Consistently delicious food, great service, and incredible value. Highly recommend!
