But the summer rolls came out in 45 seconds and they were just beautifully presented like always. They had plenty of noodles, Julienne vegetables and just enough cucumber pieces and shrimp pieces to get noticed. The description said basil mint, of which I did not see or taste. But plenty of hoisin sauce for drizzling. Then came the entree, Mango Paradise which was chicken pieces, three medium shrimp, a bevy of red bell peppers, green, bell peppers, snow pea pods, Julienne carrots, and I believe straw mushrooms all in a brown sauce that I shared with white jasmine rice. Absolutely delicious and it was served piping hot. Those of you that read me often know I am so tired of sending food back because it's cold, but the appetizer that was supposed to be cold came out cold and my entrée which was supposed to come out hot came out piping hot.
