First of all, the pizza was over half an hour late. I called twice and the manager was very dismissive both times telling me that it would be there "any moment now". Secondly, they advertise "vegan pizza". My mother is Vegan which means she cannot eat produce that comes from an animal. We ordered a vegan pizza for her, and I also ordered a vegan pizza but asked for a stuff crust on mine (normal cheese). When we opened the boxes, we found that the vegan pizza had normal cheese on, so we called up to explain the situation. What we expected was a "sorry, we'll send out a new one" or something upon those lines. However what we received was the rudest manager ever shouting at us, that it was our mistake and we should of told him we don't want cheese. The pizza was described as vegan and no where on the menu does it say it has cheese on. He told us that it was not his problem and that it was our fault. We eventually called just eat and the gentleman on the phone was very helpful. Again, the store manager was being awkward and said it wasn't his fault. Eventually after 3 phone calls from JustEat to the store, we were told we could have a refund on the pizza IF we allowed them to come and pick up the pizza to make sure we hadn't consumed it. The poor delivery guy had to come back to us, wasting 30 mins that other people were probably awaiting pizza to come and collect ours because the manger was being awkward. I will never be ordering from them again, I've never been so disgusted.
