Used to really like this place, but the shop needs a makeover. Old torn chairs don't help the place. It's clearly a family business as their 2 young kids are running around which feels unprofessional! My pedicures have been fine, but it's more the appearance of the place that's gone downhill. I've posted a review before but felt the need to review them again. I had my nails done this week and Hannah, once again, outdid herself; she did an absolutely BEAUTIFUL job! She had a lot of work to do since I hadn't had my nails done since January. The reason for that, she and her husband and the kids were visiting family in Vietnam for the month of February. I couldn't bring myself to go anywhere else or trust anyone to do the job she does. So, I waited for them to return. Hands down the best! read more

I had gone to this salon previously with no issues. I went there on Saturday, March 30. Their son was running around playing video games on a phone very loudly. A spa is supposed to be relaxing. I thought well next time I come it will be during school hours. Sunday morning, Easter, my heel started hurting and swelling. By Tuesday it was so bad I went to urgent care. I was diagnosed with cellulitis on my heel, staphylococcus infection. I am on Bactrim for 10 days. I believe the scrub sponge or some of the tools weren't disinfected. I did notify Tom, one of the owners. He just said he was sorry that happened to me. He didn't offer a refund or the $20 tip I added. I have an appointment with the doctor on Wednesday for a follow up. Ladies, be very careful where you have your nails done. Staphylococcus is very dangerous and can spread easily throughout your body if not treated. This may be a coincidence, but I have never had anything like this before. First time at the salon because of the great reviews and website the emphasizes cleanliness. NOT TRUE. I had to ask the tech to clean her utensils with at least alcohol before using them after taking them out her basket with other peoples cuticle clippings or cuticle lotion on them. I looked and asked about their enclave to sterilize equipment but was told it's in the back. I guess it wasn't worth the trip. read more

I visited TH Nails for the first time the other day because it was on my way home from work. I figured since it is in Wildwood it would be a decent place. The salon itself appeared cleaned and the staff was friendly, but I am very disappointment with the work performed. The nail tech peeled away a part of my cuticle that was raw, and is stung so bad, and bleed a little. Hopefully they sanitize their tools well! It's been 4 days and my toe still stings. I got gel on my fingernails, and it chipped by the second day! Not happy. read more

I have been to a lot of nail places in my time and this is my absolute favorite. I have been a customer now for 4 years and would never go anywhere else. When I go to get my nails done I want to relax. I don't want to be sold as I know what I want. The last thing I want is folks asking me if I want this or that when I told them what I wanted when I came in. If that's you then this place is for you! Last thing is they are here to do your nails. Not soak your feet and be on their cell phones which to me is very irritating. I have lots to do and for someone to let me sit for no reason when they are clearly texting or chatting bothers me. I am in sales and would never do that to my customers. Vicki is my absolute favorite. Do not feel the need to reach out to her as she is very busy and do t want her to be too busy for me! I love TH Nails. The staff is very friendly and the facility is very clean. They use a new plastic liner for each customer in their pedicure tubs. The tools are sterilized. I was very happy to find this location in Wildwood, and I have not been to another place since I started coming here. Their prices are competitive for the area, and I have never been displeased with my service. I go about every 2 weeks for a gel manicure. read more

Atmosphere was amazing but my nails started coming off and messing up after 2 days. They just look bad, acrylic went over my cuticles so it made them start to come up. A couple of my finger nails are lumpy, to pay that much for gel polish acrylic and have them coming off after 2 days is ridiculous. read more

I wanted to Iove this salon because it's so convenient to my home but unfortunately the second the nail tech opened a plastic pencil box of nail tools that clearly had not been sanitized (it was sitting there open when I sat down and I was a walk-in) there was no way I was returning. I didn't say anything because I hate speaking up, but this should be some licensing violation. I just said a silent prayer asking to not get a toe infection. Two weeks out and my toenails haven't turned green so hopefully I'm good! read more

The employees are friendly and even though they do not speak English as their first language they always attempt and never make you feel like they're talking about you. They also don't tell you to come in when they're packed and make you wait, they provide alternatives usually within 30 to 45 minutes of your original request.
