Always been my favorite place to go. Has everything you need and even the new cool Stuff that other shops don't carry yet. Most people know their vape stuff but those who don't are super cool about finding out or fixing mistakes. I've never had a bad experience with them, I've bought my last several vapes from Them and they've all lasted as long as they should and the juices are always the best. I've been to the second location once or twice and although it isn't as big it's still just as nice. Short chubby Caucasian dude with scruffy facial hair had hella attitude , I'm a little new to the vape world but he made me want to quit vaping , wasn't helpful at all , and then when I found some juice that sounded good it ended up being $30 doll hairs plus tax for reg. I've been coming here for a while now, about a year and there's been some changes. New juices in stock, the bongs are gone, more vaporizers in the store. I've always had good customer service but today I did not (9/28/21). I came in around 4:50 and a meet a new worker, he looks like a young kid & he was blast loud Mexican music. Spanish music is fine but sort of odd for a vape shop? The kid seemed like he couldn't handle all of the customers and took forever. When I finally got some help, he didnt know which coil I needed and treated me like I was stupid, talked to me like I was a child. I usually get helped by the younger white kid or heavy Mexican guy but this kid has horrible service. They haven't had my coil for over a month, of course I'm going to be upset and normally you'd think I'd get at least an apology but I didn't. This place has been my go to vape shop for disposable vapes for over 2 years, but lately it's just been going a tad bit downhill. They stopped getting certain brands/flavors in, and for a while they barely had anything in stock. Tried a new brand this past month that they had in. Good flavor, good price. Brought one home late at night after work after making it to the shop right before they closed. When I got home I opened it up, hit it a few times and then the battery died on me in less than an hour. Went back the next morning and the worker said I had to come back later and talk to the guy who was working when I bought it, kinda annoyed but whatever. So I went back later and told the guy I was in that morning and he told me the guy in the morning should've just replaced it for me then and there, but then he went on saying after that, that they aren't allowed to do refunds or switch outs but he would help me out that one time because I come in there so much but he won't be able to do it again. Fast forward a few weeks, same thing happened with the same brand vape. Went in the next day to grab a different brand and flavor and told the worker about my problem and the vape dying again after only hitting it a few times. He kinda just laughed and verbatim said "yeah, that brand kinda sucks and it happens a lot with those.".... like uhhh wut? If y'all know it happens then maybe warn people? He didn't even apologize or offer any sort of discount and/or return/exchange. I never had a problem with returning vapes that malfunction in the past before, but now I guess they cracked down on that, which is kinda messed up cause these vapes aren't cheap and I've been a loyal customer for a hot minute. Anyway, I still come from time to time, but had to find another place that's now sadly my go to shop. It's an alright shop, but better ones can be found nearby. Would like to see this shop be more friendly to new vapers. While I'm comfortable using an RDA to test juice, EGO-style testers should be available for those who are not yet. For some quick premium juice, this is a fine place to stop by. I went in and bought pods for my juul and every pod had a burnt taste. I barely squeezed the pods thinking maybe there's an air pocket and it's dried out but no they were drenched in juice and continued to taste burnt, I had the metal tips on the battery cleaned they weren't wet with juice at all. What I'm trying to get at is, is this shop somehow tweaking these or refilling them because I've bought them from numerous places and they never taste burnt, ever. Worst customer service I've ever experienced at a vape shop... went in on 2/26/15 to buy some juice and get a cotton change. First employee was very nice and helpful and started my cotton change. The second employee which was a young (kid) was just standing behind the counter. I asked what new juice they had in and he replied with a few new lines. My next question was what was the flavor of nillaberry and he's response was I'm not going to sit here and tell you every flavor man.... after I just spend 40 dollars in the store you think that they would explain what the flavor profile was, maybe if he would have I would've bought another 40 dollars worth of juice. Complete utter lack of respect of the customer. This individual then decided to argue with me further about what he wanted and didn't want to do.... my understanding is that if your working at a vape store you will undoubtedly have to explain the juice flavors to the customers... unfortunate that that this individual has completely ruined any chance of me returning to this store, there are several other awsome vape stores I can and WILL BE going to from now on.
