The first time it happened I was really pissed but decided to give them another chance because everyone makes mistakes, but when the mistakes become repetitive and cost me money then there's an issue. I have been with state farm over 13 yrs and never had issues like this before. State farm is a great insurance company, just save yourself time and money and don't bother with this illiterate group.

On Monday I took the used car back (due to issues with the car) and on the way home stopped at DeMontrond and bought a new car. While sitting in the parking lot I emailed Ryan and asked him to cancel the used car and add the new car. Within 10 minutes I had an email with the new car insurance certificate sitting in my "in box". Thanks Ryan for always going above and beyond my expectations.
