I had a pretty stressful situation come up with my insurance recently--my monthly payment suddenly…read morejumped from $41 to $101 with no warning, and I had no idea what caused it. Naturally, I was frustrated and a bit concerned. I decided to call State Farm to get some answers, and I'm really glad I did. They took the time to explain that the increase was due to some coverages that needed to be signed off, and from there, they actively worked with me to get things corrected. Even though the app was still showing the higher amount at first, they didn't just leave it at that--they stayed engaged and continued working on it. By the end of the call, they were able to bring my payment down to $67, and then I was later informed that my next billing cycle will drop even further to around $48. That level of follow-through really stood out to me. I want to specifically highlight Erin Wiggins, who helped me through this process. She was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about getting this resolved for me. She made what could've been a frustrating situation feel manageable and handled everything quickly and professionally. Honestly, this isn't my first time dealing with State Farm, and one thing that's been consistent every time is their customer service. They communicate well, treat you with respect, and actually work to fix the issue instead of just giving generic answers. If you're looking for an insurance provider that will actually take care of you when something goes wrong, I'd definitely recommend them.

In this office everyone is bilingual including the agent. That's a major plus, because they can hear from the Agent directly without loosing anything in translation. That's my two cents.

I had to Search High and Low for Months to find the Glass. They never answer there Phones. All you get is a Voice Messaging Service. And it says someone will call back in 24hrs.
