Overall i think these pizzas are the best and my local domino's sends out leaflets for freebies which is good, I think for the price you pay for the pizzas you should be getting the best. There is a selection or starters for vegetarians and for meat lovers, there are a wide range of different bases and toppings and you can have the choice to start from scratch. if sharing with a partner you can have half one kind and the other side another which is good. There are a nice variety of deserts and drinks but can vary from each domino's as there all different and all have different offers available.

We had pre booked and were a large party, however we were sat upstairs and spilt between two booths, which made chatting a little bit difficult. They do have seating on the basement floor for large parties but it seems they had a children's party that were booked in, at the same time as us. What annoyed me though was I asked to substitute a topping on my pizza but was still charged the extra £1 even though I didn't have anymore toppings! I like that all the Brooklyn bottled beers apart from the corked ones are the same price regardless of ABV -- they were out of Octoberfest though :( We tried a variety of their pizzas, I like their ham they use, and the pepperoni is small but thick cut, the pineapple could do with being cut larger. The service was good and friendly, they give you chocolate dinner mints with your bill too, which is a nice touch. I have been to the Brooklyn Brewery in New York and I appreciated how they use the same board to display the beer offerings. There isn't much for starters or desserts on the menu -- the cheesecakes change daily and they only had Mango :( when we were in, and the ice cream was good but they are all served in their own individual ice cream pots from Mario's ice cream -- however slightly overpriced. I also found it odd the kids get the same amount of ice cream as the adults but it only costs £1 for the kids and £2.95 for the adults. The same with the pizza, the kids pizzas was only a little bit smaller than the adults. The pizza and beer is good, and I'm sure I'll be back again -- I want to try their cheesecake!!

I was just about to complain on their website when Brooklyn Pizza bar called me to apologize and offer me compensation or some complimentary beers. I must praise them for having the decency to offer to resolve the situation as soon as they realized their mistake. I'm hoping I was just unlucky as the peperoni pizza was very good. There are loads of pizza places to choose from in this area, but Dial A Pizza food always seems fresher than others and the prices are absolutely excellent. There are a range of sizes of pizza available from small individual ones (which are still big enough to serve two or three people!) right up to extra large pizzas which will easily serve six to eight. The variety of toppings is equally as good as any of the larger chain pizza places; I love the Hawaiian as they'll ask what ratio of ham and pineapple I want, I adore pineapple so ask for plenty of that and just a little ham. This pizza is always exactly what I ordered so I'm usually happy. You can also add extra toppings to your pizza for a small charge so I'll sometimes ask them to add some mushrooms or pepperoni to part of the pizza so that I can ring the changes as I'm eating. The last time I visited they were selling a sweet chilli chicken pizza which was delicious, the guy in there explained it was a venture as they were not sure how well it would go down so I hope it's still on the menu when I'm back in Northampton next month! There are the usual ways of getting your pizza; you can either call for a delivery, call the order in and collect it yourself or walk into the shop to order and wait. I usually go in to order as there are usually some special offers in the window or new additions to the menu that I wouldn't know about if I were to phone the order in. There are a small selection of side orders to choose from including potato wedges, chicken bites and garlic bread, plus you can buy your soft drinks and ice cream from here for little more than you would pay in one of the local shops. As an example I usually order three small pizzas and a medium one and this costs just over a tenner, which I'm sure you'll agree is much cheaper than places like Pizza Hut and the quality of the food is practically identical. No, scrap that. The pizza from Dial A Pizza is better in my opinion than that from Pizza Hut as the food is neither cold nor swimming in grease when I come to eat it!

This order was placed over the phone as I requested no bread with my kebab. The customer service wasn't great at the beginning but we put it down to it being a Saturday night. We received a call from a delivery driver asking us where number '19' was, (we live at 90 and this was repeated more than once when placing our order). When the food turned up the kebab meat and chips was cold and it did not look cooked. I tried a bit of the kebab meat which was disgusting and tasted as if they had covered it in a pot full of chili flakes! HOWEVER, my partner's fish and chips. Firstly, was stone cold, secondly was so burnt it would have bounced against the wall if we had thrown it! But the final straw was the box the food arrived in (see photos). When I phoned the takeaway to explain and ask for a full refund, the customer service was disgusting. Once I explained about the hols in the top of the box, the reply was ''they must have put it in too hot, sorry about that''. We got told that a driver would come back at some point in the evening. We explained the driver had only just left but was met with dismissal and told they only had 2 drivers for the evening. I said that if I had not heart anything by 9pm I would be phoning back (this was at 7:15). The restaurant then phoned back 10 minutes later when my partner was in a different takeaway to replace the lost meal we had paid for previously. She was told they would be sending £4.50 back for the fish and chips as they didn't believe we had the second meal. She said she didn't know if we had it (we did but it was on our kitchen side and she wasn't here). They put the phone down on her and she automatically phoned back to say she did not appreciate having the phone put down on her andtold someone would be with us in 30 minutes with our £4.50. I then called and was met with silence and then 'yes?!?' when they answered (they clearly saw our number appear on screen and didn't want to answer). They argued with us that we didn't have the second meal and I said we do have it and they could take it back happily! We were treated like liars, there was no customer service and they didn't care that the food had arrived in a box missing half its lid! The driver in all fairness was polite when he returned and agreed the state of the box and food was bad and he would be taking it back to his managers.
