She has no personality, she makes you wait while she sweeps up, granted that might have been a good idea but not when you a multiple clients waiting. She cut the girl ahead of me hair way too short. My cut was fine;however, she stabbed me with the scissors!!!! No apology, just "oh did i get you." She was the only one there on a Friday afternoon. Big mistake, she was telling people there was a 45 minute wait. One man decided to leave. While cutting my hair she was bad mouthing the girl ahead of me, because the girl was upset. She told me that she knew when other stylists were't a good fit, that's why the good ones are gone. She is the bad fit. And owners, she really didn't speakly highly of you either. And once again the credit card machine wasnt working. She asked if i had cash. I checked, i only had ten dollars. She told me she would only charge me 9 because the cc machine wasnt working.
