You can barely see the scars on my hands and my elbows in very minimal. I went back to him in 2021 for a different type of surgery on my right hand. I went to him because of the care he had previously provided. Though there is a scar, I am happy with the results and would do it again if the need ever arose in the future. The picture is of my right hand from surgery in 2021. I will go back to see him if I am ever in need of a hand doctor. I trust him and his abilities 100%.

I saw Elijah for several appointments regarding ongoing hip and glute pain. He diagnosed me with a…read moretorn glute muscle and discouraged me from getting an MRI, explaining that it would likely reveal unrelated findings that weren't contributing to my symptoms. After my final physical therapy appointment, my pain became so severe that I could not walk. I had to crawl off the massage table, struggled to make it to my car, and drove myself to the emergency department. Imaging there showed inflammation in my sacroiliac joint rather than a torn glute muscle. My experience was frustrating because I feel my symptoms were misdiagnosed, which delayed identifying the actual source of my pain. I hope this feedback encourages a more thorough evaluation of patients whose symptoms don't improve as expected.

Everything about this place is terrible. Terrible equipment, terrible attitudes from staff, and…read moreabsolutely garbage therapy plans. The head guy, who I believe is named Elijah, here looked my disabled mother dead in the eye and said "well we're here to push you" and statements so condescending you'd think there was a stick up his butt. They also had a lady that needed a cane to walk, rolling on the freaking floor, CRYING! She had to sit down because the room was spinning so bad. The lady that was supervising her didn't even help her up! Also, they don't do heat treatment. Which means, they are trying to roughly jack your hurt muscles! I've been to over 5 physical therapy places with my mom over the years, and every single one had her on heat before starting her exercises. This joke of a facility looks like a gym, not a recovery place. GET A BETTER THERAPIST IF YOU GO HERE! THEY WILL END UP HURTING YOU. The therapist assigned to my mother had wanted her to do arms pulls (above her head), chin tucks, and standing up by herself pulling a band. First, her equilibrium is off, meaning she can't stand up by herself without falling over. SHE LITERALLY CAME INSIDE IN A WHEELCHAIR. Second, she has both arms hurt so bad it's even hard for her to hug me, let alone lift things over 5 pounds. She communicated every single problem with this man before during her orientation. Today was the first visit, and he had her doing THAT?! SHAME ON YOU. YOU NEED A REEVALUATION. If you have an injury worse than something a kid would get from a baseball game....THEI IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU. If you are so dense to think that you can loose muscles WITHOUT heat, you're an idiot. There is no such thing as therapy styles....ITS WHAT THE PATIENT NEEDS! GOOD RIDDANCE.

When I called to confirm my appointment, I proactively offered to provide my new insurance details, and I was instructed to bring the card with me. However, upon arrival, I was informed that a new referral was required despite being an established patient with a point-of-service plan. What was most concerning, however, was the unprofessional conduct I encountered from the front office staff. From the moment I walked in, I was met with rudeness and a lack of knowledge regarding insurance procedures, which further complicated an already frustrating situation. Unfortunately, the office manager was not able to assist me in resolving the issue, and her attitude mirrored the unhelpful and dismissive behavior of the front desk team. Dr. Goswami is an excellent provider, and I have always appreciated his care. However, based on my experience, I believe the front office staff and management need to be addressed to ensure that patients are treated with the courtesy and professionalism they deserve!

I was so fed up that it kept dislocating, I agreed to the surgery and we moved forward. Everything went so smoothly! From the X-rays, to scheduling the MRI, to scheduling the surgery, and all of the appointments in between and after surgery. The office staff is very nice and helpful and the office itself is very clean. They have AMI in the same office which is very convenient for X-rays; they get them back in literally minutes. Simonian's PA's are also great, especially Nate. I had surgery 12/03/19, almost 6 months ago, and my knee is doing great. Dr. Simonian is very experienced and a great doctor/surgeon. I had MPFL reconstruction, with a donor graft put in, and he also cleaned up my meniscus and my knee area in general. I have no pain where the graft was placed and my patella hardly moves laterally anymore due to the new graft. This was a very painful surgery and recovery, but I am so glad I chose Dr. Simonian to do it! Would highly recommend him to anyone with shoulder or knee problems!
