It's the newly renovated restaurant stop. It is very clean and updated. Food options are new to…read morethe area so it's a nice change for the travelers. Seating is a little strange they have couch seats with some chairs and a children's area but it limits seating when a bus group would stop. But they do have extra seating in the Starbucks area. Store has one cashier with several self check outs. Bathroom is modern. At the sink, soap, water and hand dryer. Nice place with shake shack, panda express, chik filet, Starbucks and soon to be aunt Anne's and Cinnabon.

I really think they should rent out the interior space - every time I'm in there I think "this would make an awesome place to have a cocktail party at" --- reminds me of a less-fancy Rich's Atrium. they do have a very small conference room available to rent out -- it only holds like a single long conference table, though. I probably spent 30 minutes looking through the brochures here. They also have a bulletin board with events in the area but unfortunately it doesn't look like it gets updated . The majority of the flyers were from July and it is now October . It would have been nice to see current events and things happening in the area . They have vending machines and they even have a microwave for people to use, which is unique and very thoughtful. There is a button you can push inside if you need the police, so that helps with a feeling of safety and I did see a red and white sheriff's vehicle parked there with two deputies inside on my visit. There are lots of tables outside with chairs and a grassy area where you can take your pets. Plus the view of the water is very beautiful, especially right now with all the fall foliage.

Sunoco gas station highway side and EV charge stations in parking area. Restrooms are large; two rows of sinks and stalls with a diaper stations at entrance of both rows. Sinks have soap/water/dryer all in a row. Toilets are low to accommodate smaller humans and hooks are low on the stall door. Facility was clean and well stocked. A bottle filling station is near the restroom entrance as well as family restrooms. An AED is by the store side entrance. Showers are available through the store which sells a variety of drinks, snacks and souveniers. Plenty of seats in the food hall. Panera area has some comfortable seats near a gas fireplace (not operating in July). Dunkin', Popeye's and BK are the other food choices. Large parking area. A local farm had set up a small stand selling fresh produce and prepared items on the sidewalk out front.

The travel plaza does have a free wifi so an hour or so here to let the laptop charge up and even take a Teams call before heading onwards. I did not see any signs limiting how long you can park here but I've read elsewhere that the Troopers will ask you to move along after four hours. So keep that in mind if you're in a motorhome or RV. Our fuel handle for our pump didn't have a kickstand to hold while you pump so we had to physically hold down to fill the 32 gallon tank. Make me appreciate that kickstand lol. We popped in to use the restroom. They were clean especially for the high volume of traffic from everyone being in town for the football game this afternoon.

We've been going there for 2 yrs every other Sunday and have yet to have a problem. Always good food. I wonder if the bad reviews are from people who just have a bug up their butt and want to get even. Always try a place yourself. As for the homefries the waitress should ask if you want onion, ours always asks. We go on Sundays and always have the same friendly and efficient waitress. She doesn't even ask how we want our coffee anymore.... she just brings it and knows how we like it. The prices are more reasonable than some of the other breakfast places in the area. I probably should lie and tell you how awful the place is so I can always get in to eat as lately it's been pretty full.
