I was attended by an employee who said was the manager, she told me that they had cleaned my filter, I explained to her that nobody had notified me that this service was going to be carried out because I had already bought new filters (not installed) since they were broken. She showed me a photo of her phone that was supposed to be my filters (dirty) but I don't recognize the place as my house, nor did she show me a photo of them clean and she told me very angry and arrogant that the service had already been done and although it was her fault for not having sent me a previous email as they do with everyone, and she stated that they would no longer provide me with the service, I told her that I wanted to talk to the owner and she only limited herself to say that the owner didn't have a personal email were I could contact her directly, only the general email of the company that is the one that she manages. Definitely, if the owner is not aware of this, they will end her business with a terrible reputation, because it is not possible for them to deceive you and kick you out! Stay away from these people while they are still running that business, they need to learn how to conduct their business more professional..!

I honestly have nothing but great things to say about Town and Country pools, they were phenomenal…read more I went into the pool build process nervous due to the horror stories you read about with other pool builders. You will find no one better than T&C. I was immediately sold on Town and Country from day 1 and it is purely because of Emil Hermis, our builder. I filled out a request for information and within an hour Emil came to our home and began designing. Emil immediately struck me as a man of integrity, dedication, and very knowledgeable. My first impression was not wrong, Emil is a master of his craft and every single detail mentioned was delivered upon with perfection. I cannot begin to describe how grateful and thankful to Emil we are. The contractors used by T&C are top notch. There wasn't a single crew that worked on our pool that wasn't simply amazing. All were incredibly friendly, respectful, diligent, and hard working. The quality and skill every single crew brought to the build cannot be understated.. and they did it in 100 degree Southeast Texas heat. I cannot stress enough to a potential pool buyer, take care of your crews working on your pool. It is boiling hot outside and these guys do not take breaks, get them Gatorade or water. It doesn't take much to take care for the people giving you their all in our weather. We love our new pool and could not recommend Town and Country enough. We will absolutely be repeat customers if the next home we buy needs a pool built. Thank you Emil, thank you Town and Country!

We were happy with the price and quality of work. After they did the plaster job, we hired them to do the weekly service, and they have competitive pricing for that. They do a very good job, better than previous comanies did, and they clean out the diatomaceous filter every 6 months, as well as tell us when any kind of equipment repair is needed. After every cleaning, they send me a report by email with details of the pool chemistry plus a photo of how the pool looks, which is very helpful. We would recommend this company for pool servicing as well as replastering and other major pool work.

I had a pool leak, and I knew one of the five exposed pipes supplying waterfalls were broken…read more After further inspection I found that there was another broken waterfall pipe underground. For repairs, I asked Pinch A Penny (Magnolia) for an estimate. Allen came over and also noticed that the broken section of pipe into the rock waterfall was a flexible irrigation pipe to connect the pvc pipe into the solid rock encased pvc piping for the waterfalls. He provided a reasonable estimate the next day. Bill Brady came out for the repairs and we discovered that a special pvc pipe would have to be made in a shop because the irrigation pipe could not be removed from the rocks without chipping out the piping in the waterfall rocks. This required shop fabrication and another trip by Bill. With the proper equipment he repaired/replaced five 3/4" pvc pipes. It was tested and worked great. The total cost for the repairs was exactly the same cost as the original estimate! Bill and his team were all knowledgeable and courteous.. Bill is a stand-out in the business. I highly recommend Pinch A Penny.
