This is a pretty good library for what I've done -- I always visit online and reserve books, then…read moredrop by to pick them up. It always seems loud in here so I wouldn't advise trying to get anything done where you need it to be quiet. I like that they have a drive-up book return too -- very convenient. This library does not participate with the Libby app -- not at the time of this writing -- so if you reserve an ebook, you'll need to download the app they do work with. They FINALLY got more parking added here -- it's been so tough to find parking but there's a long new section of spaces now.

I don't normally write reviews, but La Finca Coffee & Bakery is worth it. I'm honestly obsessed…read morewith their food, especially the chorizo burrito. The flavor is always 10/10 and the homemade flour tortillas BUSS every time. The coffee is great, the baked goods are fresh, and the overall vibe makes it a spot I actually want to sit and work from. Ouu adding matcha to the menu would perfect it I promise! My only feedback is the recent change from a burrito to more of a taco style. It still tastes amazing, but it's way less convenient when you're grabbing something quick on the way to work or lunch. I really think it should be an option to choose burrito or taco style so customers can decide what works best for them. I live far north of Frisco, so the Prosper location was perfect for me. I was honestly shocked when it closed because that whole McKinney/Prosper area is growing fast and a lot of nearby cafes don't have food that compares. I'm really hoping they reconsider reopening there. I'm giving this a 4.5 star overall rating mainly because the current location and parking situation can be frustrating in the Frisco location. That said, the food and service are absolutely 5-star. I'm a huge fan of the concept, the quality, and the environment. The Frisco location is still solid but the parking is trash, and that area can feel a bit hectic with the endless construction. Still rooting for La Finca and will keep coming back. Hoping you guys reconsider reopening the Prosper location

I had a very disappointing experience at Salomy on May 9, 2026 around 4:20 PM. I came in to pick up…read morea DoorDash order and was also planning to order food for myself while I waited. Unfortunately, the service I received completely changed my mind. The employee, Abigail, was extremely rude and unprofessional from the moment I walked in. There was no greeting or acknowledgment--just a hostile attitude. She approached me with a negative expression, asked for the DoorDash name, and then walked away without saying anything else. I was never given an estimate on how long the order would take, nor was I given the opportunity to place my own order. I was left standing there with no communication at all, which was frustrating and unprofessional. When I asked for her name, she refused to provide it and repeatedly responded with "for what?" I had to ask multiple times (around five times) before she finally gave it. That kind of behavior only added to the already negative experience and shows a clear lack of accountability and basic customer service. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. Basic courtesy, communication, and professionalism go a long way, and none of that was shown here. I hope management addresses this because it reflects very poorly on the business.
