West is segmented and good for quiet spaces no matter where you are in the facility. When seminars or meetings are held on the stairs, the poor acoustics in the commons become quite apparent, it's very hard to have a conversation or focus. Other than that, the phone booths and common work areas are great, and you can grab a conference room if you need some place quieter for a group!

After a few days not going to my private office at 6900 Dallas Parkway Suite 300 Plano, TX 75024 Today is my first day to go to WeWork office after my sickness. But oddly enough that I have been told that I have been terminated the membership and Wework also terminate the private office which has been executed couple weeks ago. The reason is minus violation decoration rule of the office: Window blinds. I have got my private office from WeWork competitor the same day! Lucid Private Offices in Plano, Texas. Lucid private office allow me to have full length blinds without any privacy concern. Lucid sale reps and support staffs are much customers friendly. No wonder, WeWork have been laying off employees, can't make money, stock share tanked. I will bet that WeWork are going to bankrupt because they treat their customers like their employees!

She also offers complimentary teas and coffee K-cups, the gentleman that is there now does not and tells you "it's for members only". No sign or anything that says it is for members only. You see is chatting and laughing all the time and the lobby is loud with others talking and doing video calls but he doesn't ask them to quiet it down or talk in an inside voice. The areas are kept pretty clean so the cleaning crew does do a good job in maintaining the office build and restrooms. They now also have work areas where you can work there if needed while waiting in the lobby, which is a nice change.

We have parking in front of our building but the other companies use our parking lot despite having their own covered parking or parking garage. We don't have access to their parking but they have access to ours. Also, maintenance constantly takes up parking space with their golf carts despite being able to park anywhere. This is becoming an even bigger issue as more companies are moving here. When it rains, it's worse. Obviously we're carrying all our equipment and having to walk long distances to the building.

I was surprised by how large this space is. They can accommodate individuals in their flex seating areas to large meetings rooms with TVs. Something I love is how they have "Phone Booths" for when you need some more privacy/quietness when you have to make a call/get onZoom meetings. They have plenty of amenities here: showers (hair dryer, lotion, straightener), bathrooms, microwave, coffee machines, tea bags, refrigerator, lemon-infused water, snacks, and more! They have everything you need for a long or short day at work. When I was given the tour, I was also told they do fun activities throughout the month like "Sweet Treats" day and host monthly challenges. I enjoyed my day working here, even though I was out in the flex seating space most of the time, it was relatively quiet and good for focusing on my work! They do have music playing in the background, but it's not too loud. They have a special going on right now that's $125/month (to use their flex space) and that comes out to be about $4/day which is not a bad deal! I'd recommend trying this space out if you're in the area!

The facility accommodates a variety of meetings, get togethers, and workspace needs. We set up tables and chairs in a U-shape, lowered the screen, projected a slide show, had a presentation and a network meeting. There was a separate kitchen area where people could get coffee or water. Someone brought bagels, but it looked like you could do more in the kitchen space should you want to. There were a variety of tables and chairs grouped together throughout the facility creating unique rooms such as a cafe, bar, lounge, and general workspace. If you needed an office or conference room, you could certainly hold it here. I have no idea what the price is for the space. It seems they are missing out on an opportunity to get this information to people visiting. It seems like they should have a large price board advertising this or at the very least require groups meeting here to mention this. In all fairness, they did have a reception area at the front that ai breezed past because it was so early. No one was staffing the area at 7am. This place had a very casual, playful, and informal feel to it. I could imagine renting it out for other group meetings and events. They seem to have all of the basics covered.

Tech was good, the space worked for our needs and all in all we loved it. One cool additional feature they could add sometime in the future would be an ice machine and a filtered water spigot at the sink. These are small things that would only elevate the space even more.

She immediately knew exactly what needed to be done to get our house sold, and her expertise and strategy made all the difference. Fast forward two years and we were looking again so I reached out to her. She has been so wonderful to us over the last few months. She's been super gracious, very informative on the listings, she's driven all over multiple areas in this crazy heat, she got us set up on an easy process for making offers, and she's answered a ton of questions. She's also super friendly, and super personable. She's just been amazing for us! We did find a place and went through a quick & easy process to get it. We are very happy in the new place. Oh and as a bonus she hooked us up with someone who was selling an appliance we needed! Clair Cannon is the best and we will call her again when we need something else in the future.
