We have parking in front of our building but the other companies use our parking lot despite having their own covered parking or parking garage. We don't have access to their parking but they have access to ours. Also, maintenance constantly takes up parking space with their golf carts despite being able to park anywhere. This is becoming an even bigger issue as more companies are moving here. When it rains, it's worse. Obviously we're carrying all our equipment and having to walk long distances to the building.

No privacy in your office and no privacy while using the conference rooms. We received complaints from our clients regarding lack of privacy. It is difficult to make phone calls from the office, the cell coverage is very weak and wifi connections are not reliable throughout the office space. Oh and if your bank card gets put on a fraud alert and the payment declined they will charge you a late fee even if you update the payment information within 24-hours of their payment failure notification. The place is quite large with lots of "rooms" or groupings of different furniture for various work meetings. As an visitor coming into the facility, I was immediately impressed with the gardens, koi pond, and putting green outside. They were enjoyable to see, and it was nice that you could also view them through the large windows from inside the facility. A receptionist welcomed me and directed me to my meeting. Cruising through the building, I admired all of the new, modern furniture and design. There were work configurations for every style of meeting or group outing you need. A large kitchen, couches, lounge chairs, desks, computer chairs, outlets, open areas, closed areas, small spaces, large spaces, lighting...you name it, they have thought of it and included it. It's comfortable, clean, appealing, and a conducive environment for working. I wish my office and my home were this inviting and pleasing. I did not inquire about pricing, but if you check-in on the Yelp app, you can do a 1-day, free trial. Believe me, I'll be back to cash in that offer. I wouldn't be surprised if this hidden gem in Richardson is packed with regulars soon.

The facility accommodates a variety of meetings, get togethers, and workspace needs. We set up tables and chairs in a U-shape, lowered the screen, projected a slide show, had a presentation and a network meeting. There was a separate kitchen area where people could get coffee or water. Someone brought bagels, but it looked like you could do more in the kitchen space should you want to. There were a variety of tables and chairs grouped together throughout the facility creating unique rooms such as a cafe, bar, lounge, and general workspace. If you needed an office or conference room, you could certainly hold it here. I have no idea what the price is for the space. It seems they are missing out on an opportunity to get this information to people visiting. It seems like they should have a large price board advertising this or at the very least require groups meeting here to mention this. In all fairness, they did have a reception area at the front that ai breezed past because it was so early. No one was staffing the area at 7am. This place had a very casual, playful, and informal feel to it. I could imagine renting it out for other group meetings and events. They seem to have all of the basics covered.
