We have parking in front of our building but the other companies use our parking lot despite having their own covered parking or parking garage. We don't have access to their parking but they have access to ours. Also, maintenance constantly takes up parking space with their golf carts despite being able to park anywhere. This is becoming an even bigger issue as more companies are moving here. When it rains, it's worse. Obviously we're carrying all our equipment and having to walk long distances to the building.

No privacy in your office and no privacy while using the conference rooms. We received complaints from our clients regarding lack of privacy. Management lets virtual members use the conference rooms all day even when they are alone. Conference room chairs are cheap and uncomfortable. Your mail is not secure. It is difficult to make phone calls from the office, the cell coverage is very weak and wifi connections are not reliable throughout the office space. The internet service is not secure and is monitored by the ISP.

We did not use the service at all but we are a small business stuck spending hundreds of dollars in the middle of the pandemic because of their ridiculous contract terms. Oh and if your bank card gets put on a fraud alert and the payment declined they will charge you a late fee even if you update the payment information within 24-hours of their payment failure notification. Will never do business with them again and will be sure to recommend my colleagues and friends avoid them as well.

It's comfortable, clean, appealing, and a conducive environment for working. I wish my office and my home were this inviting and pleasing. If you needed an office or conference room, you could certainly hold it here. I have no idea what the price is for the space. It seems they are missing out on an opportunity to get this information to people visiting. It seems like they should have a large price board advertising this or at the very least require groups meeting here to mention this. In all fairness, they did have a reception area at the front that ai breezed past because it was so early. No one was staffing the area at 7am.
