The Premier lobby is beautiful, SO MUCH nicer than other locations I visited; if you have clients coming in to see you, you want them to step off the elevator and see Premier's lobby and staff. And to top it all off, I got a great monthly rent on a outside office (meaning I have a window to the outside! They really beat the others on value for the dollar. All around, easy decision, if Premier has a spot open for you take it!

I ended up getting a day pass the next day and immediately loved it upon entry. The atmosphere was inviting and Megan at the front desk was awesome. She quickly gave me a run down on the place and I sat down and began to work. It was probably the most productive day I've had in 2018 (kidding--maybe). I ended up signing up for a membership and learned all the perks they have; treadmill work desk, free conference rooms for members (at all locations), free coffee, booze (no, I'm not drinking on the job), nap rooms, chat rooms, gym membership, free shared bikes....you name it--SAY WHAT!?!? AND its less expensive then **ehem** that company across the highway--I'll take it. I've been raving about this place ever since and have several colleagues and friends intrigued; join the forces my peeps. I'm {extra} satisfied.

I have been looking for space and this is in a great location. They are right off tollway and legacy - inside the same building as Fleming's Steakhouse. I took the elevator up the 4th floor and I was immediately greeted by warm smiles. The staff is Top notch and are experts at providing the professional environment for any business needs. Not only do they have a food/drink lounge. But they also provide breakfast and snacks for their members! AND happy hour on Thursday!!! If you need to throw an event- they can help too! I was surprised by how large this space is. They can accommodate individuals in their flex seating areas to large meetings rooms with TVs. Something I love is how they have "Phone Booths" for when you need some more privacy/quietness when you have to make a call/get onZoom meetings. They have plenty of amenities here: showers (hair dryer, lotion, straightener), bathrooms, microwave, coffee machines, tea bags, refrigerator, lemon-infused water, snacks, and more! They have everything you need for a long or short day at work. When I was given the tour, I was also told they do fun activities throughout the month like "Sweet Treats" day and host monthly challenges. I enjoyed my day working here, even though I was out in the flex seating space most of the time, it was relatively quiet and good for focusing on my work! They do have music playing in the background, but it's not too loud. They have a special going on right now that's $125/month (to use their flex space) and that comes out to be about $4/day which is not a bad deal! Well this place was a super innovative high end creative space. You can go in and complete any artistic vision you have. They can rent you the space and even supplies can be rented or purchased. From everything to business meetings, to photo shoots. I went there for an open mic night, they have these nights on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month. So I stopped in to check it out. So, the event did not start at 7:30, it was closer to 9 but the doors and bar did open promptly at 7:30. I happened to sit down beside one of the owners and it was nice to speak with her about this venue/business. The story was awesome, it made me want to support. You can contact for a tour, and I will allow them to share their journey. However, it did leave me wanting to support whatever I can. I spoke with Kalisha Price, and her husband Terrance Price was an awesome bartender! Torii Hunter and Katrina Hunter are business partners as well! This is a super professional environment.
