I was surprised by how large this space is. They can accommodate individuals in their flex seating areas to large meetings rooms with TVs. Something I love is how they have "Phone Booths" for when you need some more privacy/quietness when you have to make a call/get onZoom meetings. They have plenty of amenities here: showers (hair dryer, lotion, straightener), bathrooms, microwave, coffee machines, tea bags, refrigerator, lemon-infused water, snacks, and more! They have everything you need for a long or short day at work. When I was given the tour, I was also told they do fun activities throughout the month like "Sweet Treats" day and host monthly challenges. I enjoyed my day working here, even though I was out in the flex seating space most of the time, it was relatively quiet and good for focusing on my work! They do have music playing in the background, but it's not too loud. They have a special going on right now that's $125/month (to use their flex space) and that comes out to be about $4/day which is not a bad deal! This Regus location is conveniently located in Watters Creek shopping center (at Bethany and I-75)…read more It was a little challenging finding the actual offices as they are not easily identified in the jungle of retail stores and restaurants. Regus and other companies are located on the second floor of one of the buildings on this campus, and are accessed from the parking garage side (not the retail front). Parking is convenient in the garage, but appears to get congested when I leave around 6:00 pm (Cheesecake Factory patrons park here). The office hours are from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. I tend to work past when the reception closes. I just need to make sure that I use the restrooms or have everything with me before they lock the front doors. The actual space is nice, and spacious. I explored the office space a little more this last time, and there are plenty of empty offices for rent. They have a limited number of shared offices (about $40 per day). I usually get a single day office (about $80 per day). There is free wifi and use of their phone in the office. There are limited supplies but there is a copy room that one can use. The coffee and tea are complimentary. I really like this location. The staff is friendly. The location is convenient, and there are plenty of distractions around if you need a break.

We utilized one of the large meeting spaces for our group of 15 and broke out occasionally to other areas of Roam including the outdoor balconies and indoor sitting spaces. We have parking in front of our building but the other companies use our parking lot despite having their own covered parking or parking garage. We don't have access to their parking but they have access to ours. Also, maintenance constantly takes up parking space with their golf carts despite being able to park anywhere. This is becoming an even bigger issue as more companies are moving here. When it rains, it's worse. Obviously we're carrying all our equipment and having to walk long distances to the building.

The facility accommodates a variety of meetings, get togethers, and workspace needs. We set up tables and chairs in a U-shape, lowered the screen, projected a slide show, had a presentation and a network meeting. There was a separate kitchen area where people could get coffee or water. Someone brought bagels, but it looked like you could do more in the kitchen space should you want to. There were a variety of tables and chairs grouped together throughout the facility creating unique rooms such as a cafe, bar, lounge, and general workspace. If you needed an office or conference room, you could certainly hold it here. I have no idea what the price is for the space. It seems they are missing out on an opportunity to get this information to people visiting. It seems like they should have a large price board advertising this or at the very least require groups meeting here to mention this. In all fairness, they did have a reception area at the front that ai breezed past because it was so early. No one was staffing the area at 7am. This place had a very casual, playful, and informal feel to it. I could imagine renting it out for other group meetings and events. They seem to have all of the basics covered.

We also did a guacamole making competition as a team build activity. She let our facilitator come in the evening before to do set up. Tech was good, the space worked for our needs and all in all we loved it. One cool additional feature they could add sometime in the future would be an ice machine and a filtered water spigot at the sink. These are small things that would only elevate the space even more.

Ive been coming out here for years and as a matter of fact, the first building out here was one of my customers. That was prior to anything else out here in the area, litterally. I could stand on top of the first office building out here and scan the area 360 degrees,viewing only cow pasture and former cotton fields. The astonishing fact is,that was only 24 years ago. This is now totally transformed into the Billion Dollar Mile! More than 200 works of art are scattered around 162 acre office park. It's well worth a visit.
