I have been looking for space and this is in a great location. They are right off tollway and legacy - inside the same building as Fleming's Steakhouse. I took the elevator up the 4th floor and I was immediately greeted by warm smiles. The staff is Top notch and are experts at providing the professional environment for any business needs. Not only do they have a food/drink lounge. But they also provide breakfast and snacks for their members! AND happy hour on Thursday!!! If you need to throw an event- they can help too! Ive been coming out here for years and as a matter of fact, the first building out here was one of my customers. That was prior to anything else out here in the area, litterally. I could stand on top of the first office building out here and scan the area 360 degrees,viewing only cow pasture and former cotton fields. The astonishing fact is,that was only 24 years ago. This is now totally transformed into the Billion Dollar Mile! More than 200 works of art are scattered around 162 acre office park. It's well worth a visit.

I ended up getting a day pass the next day and immediately loved it upon entry. The atmosphere was inviting and Megan at the front desk was awesome. She quickly gave me a run down on the place and I sat down and began to work. It was probably the most productive day I've had in 2018 (kidding--maybe). I ended up signing up for a membership and learned all the perks they have; treadmill work desk, free conference rooms for members (at all locations), free coffee, booze (no, I'm not drinking on the job), nap rooms, chat rooms, gym membership, free shared bikes....you name it--SAY WHAT!?!? AND its less expensive then **ehem** that company across the highway--I'll take it. And to top it all off, I got a great monthly rent on a outside office (meaning I have a window to the outside! They really beat the others on value for the dollar. Biggest issue I've had though is the maintenance workers. Theyre absolute creeps. I cant do anything outside without at least one of them being nosy.
