I recently bought a new vehicle. The vehicle I signed for had some body damage on the back left…read morebumper. The pearl white paint was gouged out, and on a bright white car, that's a pretty painful eyesore. I bought the car from Hertz Car Sales in Killeen and they assured me they would fix the damage. They had me sign a "We Owe" form where they would essentially allow me to bring my car back to their lot and they'd repair the damage. When I brought the car back, they had a contractor work on it, but he didn't improve it at all. So my salesman sent me to the International Collision Center in downtown Killeen. I'm glad he did. Of all the vehicle maintenance I've had, this was easily the best place I've gone to. The place is a little hard to find--it's a small business that opened its doors in 2016 so it appears to still be working on its outreach--but once I was in the door, the customer interaction was world class. After a few phone calls, I scheduled a time to bring my car in. When I made it there, I was immediately greeted by the owner. His name is Lenny, and in speaking with him for a bit before I turned my car over, I learned very quickly that this guy has spent a lifetime working hard to provide several good services for his customers. Lenny's worked in the automotive industry for the majority of his life and recently decided to start his own business. He's done a great job so far. On top of the body work I needed, I decided to get my windows tinted, too. He said, "Yeah, we can tint your windows, man. We can do pretty much anything!" He talked a lot about honesty with his customers and how important it is to keep it real with them. He got to know me and seemed genuinely interested in learning about his clientele. I appreciated that a lot. It definitely helps that he's an attractive and charming guy who actually smiles for a change, too. By the end of the entire transaction, the eyesore was gone and the windows were tinted. He also charged a very fair price for the work and gave me a lifetime warranty for the window tint. In the future, I look forward to keeping in touch with this team and helping them spread the word. Lenny made me feel comfortable and kept it real. I think that's the kind of service we're all looking for when we need a helping hand.

Everything they touched of mine was messed up. Replying to Lenny's cover up. No one told me it was paint only. Yall knew I wanted the 10 small hail dents fixed before hand. I thought you were gona fix my hood. Fair compromise I think. Since you dint have to do the roof. I told you before we started I would split cost on dents. $500 and you said that was not enough. So I'm right back where I started with a messed up roof and a messed up hood. How is that fair. Then yall wouldn't even talk to me. The old bait and switch. And another thing why would you disrespect the part of the vehicle by painting it with dents in it. Being the owner of a body shop. I don't get it.

So I took my truck in to Tony's, and they did a nice job on the door, and blended the paint nicely. But what REALLY GOT ME was the fact that they took the time to clean my trashed truck, both inside and out! I was dreading having to clean my truck once I got it back but when I picked it up I was so pleasantly surprised that they had cleaned all the dust off the dash and door panels and vacuumed the seats! Additionally, they had promised to have my truck finished in about a week and a half. They got it done in 3 days! I love these guys. They're one of the few businesses in Killeen who know how to work and how to give good customer service! I'm thoroughly impressed!

This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a car repair company. These people have had my vehicle since the 29th of September. Still, I have not gotten my car back. They keep giving some lame ass excuses as to why my vehicle is not done. Then the "main manager is never there." Of course that would be to much like right. I am about to lose my job. I work in Austin and can not afford to get a lytf anymore to work. I am all our of money. I know these mfs don't care if I lose my job, and can't pay them my $1000 deductible, that is probably what they want. I have to try and hold on to my $1000 deductible in order to get my car from this awful company. I have never liked car repair shops, and the last one I went to that was women owned had given me hope, Caliber Collision in Harker Heights, has proven me right, these people are a bunch of sharks just trying to get money and refuse to do honest business. Now I have to choose to get my car out or keep my job, because I have to lyft or uber with the money I was supposed get my car out with. Not to mention they told me I would have my car by the17th of October, only to let me know after I called them the day of that it would not be ready, poor customer service much! Communication is nonexistent! I'm sure they don't care if I lose my job its their job to get over on people. They should at least have a car/s if they say the work will be done by a certain day and it is not. However that would be to much like good business. I hope I never have to see this place again if I am ever able to get my car back from this shop. I have been more than patient, now I am, tired frustratedand out of money for this BS. AGAIN, STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP, COMPANY ECT.

We took our Saturn once to three places and were so frustrated that despite all these visits and repairs and big money...the car still died or didn't start a lot. GM dealership had it diagnosed and repaired before we could get home. It was a seven dollar cable. We had spent hundreds at other shops.
