They were not able to fix my problem today but explain to me what is wrong and why they can't fix it today but they with check with other people in the industry to see if they know someone come and fix our problem. Because they did not fix anything today they did not even charge me for them to come out and take a look. And the communication with Nicolas S. on the Yelp app is very professional and fast.

No mention of quality solar panels... only marketing to increase their sales team and making money. They have NO bbb or google reviews so don't fall for that. (That's for another luminate company). I was told a bunch of lies in their pitch so it seems they will say anything to close the deal. When I stumbled upon their Instagram, it made me feel gross as a customer. This review doesn't really matter to them bc I'm just a number and they probably bank on customers not doing their research and installing within a week so the customer doesn't have enough time to do research and "pull the plug".
